轄區內有振興醫療財團法人振興醫院、奎山中、小學、明德國小、北投明德郵局、財團法人台北基督徒石牌禮拜堂及第一銀行石牌分行，以及臺北市立圖書館石牌分館、土地公廟－福祐宮。

榮華里民活動場所成立於90年12月9日，由北投區公所責成里辦公處向民間承租，提供本里里民一個正當、正式、正確的休閒場所；內分為里辦公處、休閒雜誌區、教學會議區、志工服務區。成立當日即由社區熱心人士編組「榮華里志工團隊」專責里民活動場所值班、清潔維護、各項活動服務、各種課程報名資料登錄及代轉達里民陳情案件。
