也是韶瑜擔任會長的最後一場活動。

2018-2019年度榮譽總監-楊陳玉霞是喜悅會的榮譽創會會長。在楊燦煌擔任2010-2011年度總監任內所成立。以服務、犧牲、奉獻為宗旨，帶領獅友在社會上無私關愛與付出。
