7月24日在南投縣副縣長監交下，光華國小順利完成校長印信交接，象徵教育使命的傳承，也開啟嶄新的篇章。
衷心感謝 黃美鳳校長多年來以專業、智慧與溫暖深耕教育，帶領光華國小推動數位學習、課程創新與國際教育，陪伴師生穩健成長、卓越前行。黃校長將於 8月1日榮退，謹致上最誠摯的敬意與感謝，祝福退休生活健康平安、幸福精彩，開啟人生另一段美好旅程。
同時，歡迎 林順智校長 接續光華教育使命。相信在林校長的帶領下，全體親師生將攜手同行，承先啟後、凝聚共識，持續深化學校特色，攜手開創光華國小教育的新里程。

Every school has its story, and every chapter is written by the people who dedicate their hearts to education.
Today, Guang Hua Elementary School marked a meaningful milestone as the principal handover ceremony was held under the witness of the Deputy Magistrate of Nantou County. While one remarkable journey comes to a close, another begins with hope, gratitude, and a shared vision for the future.
With heartfelt appreciation, we thank Principal Mei-Feng Huang for her outstanding leadership and unwavering dedication over the years. Guided by her wisdom, kindness, and commitment, Guang Hua has flourished through innovative learning, digital education, and meaningful international partnerships. More importantly, she has nurtured a school culture where every child is encouraged to dream, every teacher is empowered to grow, and every family feels a sense of belonging.
As Principal Huang begins a well-deserved retirement on August 1, we celebrate not only her achievements but also the lasting legacy she leaves behind. We wish her continued good health, happiness, and countless joyful adventures in this exciting new chapter of life.
We are also delighted to welcome Principal Shun-Chih Lin as the new leader of Guang Hua Elementary School. Building on the strong foundation laid by Principal Huang, we look forward to working together—with our students, teachers, parents, and global partners—to inspire curiosity, embrace innovation, and prepare every learner to become a compassionate and confident global citizen.
