社團法人苗栗縣大光全人教育發展協會 以基督教教義為基礎，推廣社會福利服務為目標之非營利組織。

本會於中華民國95年7月16日成立。
宗旨：「以基督教教義為基礎、以推廣社會福利服務為目標之非營利組織，聯結各教會、校園、社區單位或其他社會福利資源，藉由教育培訓、關懷探訪、心靈輔導、同儕支持、慈善活動、信仰交流等形式，達成提升心理韌性、促進社區培力、照顧多元族群、發揚博愛精神之任務。」

目前提供服務：
一、社區照顧關懷據點：每週四08:00～16:00
二、樂活合唱班：每週四13:00～14:30
三、兒童課後輔導班：每週二至週五17:00～20:00
