成泰日照中心是一所社區式的長照機構，由護理師、照服員提供優質服務，專業照顧在地失能及失智的長者，以實現在地老化的目標！

服務時間：週一至週五，上午8點到下午5點。週六日以及例假日暫停服務。
服務內容：健康促進、午餐點心、沐浴服務、運動復健、文康活動、交通接送等。
服務對象：50歲以上身心障礙人士、65歲以上失能失智的長輩。
收費標準：一般戶政府補助84%、民眾負擔16%；中低收戶政府補助95%、民眾負擔5%；低收戶由政府全額補助。
收托人數：經CMS評估失智、失能同時段最高服務60人，目前開放38人。
