قام الرئيس الأوكراني 🇺🇦 فولوديمير زيلينسكي بزيارات رسمية إلى ثلاث دول خليجية و هي المملكة العربية السعودية 🇸🇦 والإمارات العربية المتحدة 🇦🇪 وقطر 🇶🇦. وتركزت هذه الزيارات على تطوير شراكات ذات منفعة متبادلة، والتعاون الدفاعي والتكنولوجي، والاستثمار، فضلاً عن تعزيز أمن أوكرانيا ومنطقة الخليج، ودعم دور أوكرانيا الدولي كمساهم في الأمن.

🇺🇦 President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made official visits to three Gulf countries – Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The focus of the diplomacy was on developing mutually beneficial partnerships, defence and technological co-operation, and investment, as well as strengthening the security of Ukraine and the Gulf region and enhancing Ukraine’s international role as a security contributor.

🇸🇦 In Jeddah, the President of Ukraine held a meeting with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, discussing ways to strengthen both Ukraine and Saudi Arabia.

Ahead of the meeting, the ministries of defence signed an agreement on defence co-operation, creating new opportunities to deepen collaboration. Ukraine expressed its readiness to share its experience in countering aerial threats. In turn, Mohammed bin Salman thanked Ukrainians for their expertise in Saudi Arabia and emphasised his country’s interest in a serious partnership.

🇦🇪 In Abu Dhabi, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The President of Ukraine stressed that Ukrainians are open to long-term co-operation aimed at strengthening both nations and protecting lives.

The parties reached agreements on co-operation in the field of security and defence and are finalising the details.

🇶🇦 In Doha, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Following the talks, Ukraine and Qatar agreed on mutually beneficial co-operation, including at least a 10-year partnership in the defence sector, which will strengthen bilateral co-operation and enable large-scale investment and long-term contracts.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also briefed on the security situation in Ukraine, ongoing Russian attacks, and stressed the importance of strengthening Ukraine’s air defence with partners’ support.

In addition, in each of the three Gulf countries, the President of Ukraine met with teams of Ukrainian experts already sharing their experience in countering aerial threats and contributing to the protection of lives 🛡

استضاف وزير الخارجية الأوكراني 🇺🇦 سفراء دول أجنبية، وقادة شعب تتار القرم، وممثلين عن الجالية المسلمة في أوكرانيا، على مأدبة إفطار، تُعدّ جزءًا لا يتجزأ من شهر رمضان المبارك لدى المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم. يبلغ عدد المسلمين في أوكرانيا أكثر من مليون نسمة.

يصادف اليوم الذكرى السنوية الرابعة للمقاومة الأوكرانية الباسلة للعدوان الروسي الشامل.
تستمر الحرب لسبب واحد فقط: روسيا لم تتخلَّ عن طموحاتها الإمبريالية، وتواصل شنّ الحروب وممارسة الإرهاب ضد المدنيين. هدفنا هو وضع حدٍّ لذلك.
نشكر كل من يدعم أوكرانيا ويساهم في إنهاء هذه الحرب.

أقرت حكومة أوكرانيا 🇺🇦 الاستراتيجية المتعلقة بالقارة القطبية الجنوبية والقطب الشمالي والمحيط العالمي، والتي أطلقتها وزارة الخارجية الأوكرانية.

The Government of Ukraine has approved the Strategy on Antarctica, the Arctic, and the World Ocean, initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The MFA’s initiative to develop and adopt the Strategy was supported by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and made possible through close cooperation with relevant ministries and agencies, in particular the National Antarctic Scientific Center.

💬 “Ukraine’s systematic presence in the regions of Antarctica, the Arctic, and the World Ocean is of major strategic and geopolitical importance. It provides additional foreign policy instruments, strengthens Ukraine’s national security, enhances our country’s position on the global stage, and contributes to countering Russia’s aggressive policy in these regions,” said Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

The implementation of the objectives set out in the Strategy for the next ten years will allow Ukraine to strengthen its position in Antarctica and to begin active engagement in the Arctic. The Strategy will also facilitate, in the long term, the development of living resources of the World Ocean and the exploitation of polymetallic nodules on the ocean floor.

في منطقة دنيبرو، استهدف هجوم بطائرة روسية مسيرة حافلة ركاب تقل عمال مناجم عائدين من نوبات عملهم. أسفر الهجوم عن مقتل 15 شخصاً على الأقل وإصابة آخرين.

In the Dnipro region, a Russian drone attack struck a passenger bus carrying mine workers returning from their shifts. At least 15 people were killed, with others injured.

Russia does not stop its terror against civilians for a single day. This attack is part of a clear and consistent pattern of war crimes Russia has pursued for years.

Joint international efforts are needed to force Russia toward a just and lasting peace. Support for Ukraine must continue without interruption.

التقت الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام، هانا تيتيه، اليوم في تونس بمجموعة من السفراء —باستضافة السفير السويسري— شملت سفراء كل من السويد، وفنلندا، وأوكرانيا، والأرجنتين، والبرازيل، وبولندا، وبلجيكا، واليابان، والبرتغال، وجمهورية التشيك.
وأطلعت الممثلة الخاصة السفراء على سير تنفيذ خارطة الطريق السياسية لبعثة الأمم المتحدة للدعم في ليبيا والتقدم المحرز في مسارات الحوار المهيكل، كما شددت على الحاجة الماسة لدعم الدول الأعضاء لمخرجات هذا الحوار.
واستعرضت السيدة تيتيه أيضاً المشهد السياسي الحالي، مسلطةً الضوء على الوضع الاقتصادي الملحّ بشكل متزايد، وارتباطه باستمرار الوضع الراهن، بالإضافة إلى التداعيات السياسية والأمنية المترتبة على عدم التحرك لحلحلة الوضع.
وتأتي هذه اللقاءات في إطار ولاية البعثة لتيسير عملية سياسية شاملة يقودها الليبيون، وبناء توافق دولي لتعزيز الاستقرار والوحدة والحوكمة الديمقراطية في ليبيا.
