🔴 WIN-WIN à Tabarka : l’AFMT au cœur de la coopération internationale : Former autrement, inclure durablement, connecter la formation au monde de l’entreprise.
Dans le cadre de sa participation active aux programmes de coopération internationale, notamment l’initiative Erasmus+, l’Agence de la Formation dans les Métiers du Tourisme (AFMT) a participé, à Tabarka, au meeting du projet WIN-WIN – Work-Based Learning for VET Inclusion.
Cet événement a réuni les partenaires du consortium issus de plusieurs pays européens et méditerranéens, à savoir :
•🇵🇹 AEPTL – Associação para o Ensino Profissional et Mindshift Skills Hub LDA (Portugal)
•🇧🇪 Le Forem et Forum Citoyens – Burgers asbl (Belgique)
•🇲🇦 Youcan et Association Smile pour le Développement Durable (Maroc)
•🇯🇴 Azadi International Academy for Vocational Training et Technical Engineers for Technology – TET (Jordanie)
•🇹🇳 Société Al Emtiyez et AFMT (Tunisie).
Au cours de ces journées de travail, les participants ont pris part à un programme structurant axé sur :
•la mise en œuvre du parcours JOBS4ALL – Niveau 3 « Upgrading VET-Business »,
•l’échange de bonnes pratiques,
•le renforcement des liens entre formation professionnelle et tissu économique,
•l’élaboration de recommandations en faveur d’une formation plus inclusive et adaptée aux exigences du marché de l’emploi.
À travers sa participation à ce meeting, l’AFMT confirme son rôle central dans la promotion d’une formation professionnelle d’excellence, ouverte sur l’international et orientée vers l’employabilité des jeunes.
La tenue de cet événement constitue une étape significative dans l’avancement du projet WIN-WIN et illustre pleinement la dynamique de coopération euro-méditerranéenne portée par les programmes Erasmus+.

🔴 WIN-WIN in Tabarka: AFMT at the heart of international cooperation : Training differently, fostering sustainable inclusion, and connecting training with the business world.
As part of its active involvement in international cooperation programmes, particularly the Erasmus+ initiative, the Agency for Training in Tourism Professions (AFMT) participated in Tabarka in the meeting of the WIN-WIN – Work-Based Learning for VET Inclusion project.
This event brought together consortium partners from several European and Mediterranean countries, namely:

Throughout the meeting, participants engaged in a comprehensive programme focusing on:
•the implementation of JOBS4ALL – Level 3 “Upgrading VET-Business”,
•the exchange of best practices,
•strengthening links between vocational training and the business sector,
•and developing recommendations for a more inclusive and market-oriented training system.
Through its participation, AFMT reaffirms its leading role in promoting high-quality vocational training, open to international cooperation and focused on youth employability.
This event represents a significant milestone in the implementation of the WIN-WIN project and highlights the strength of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation fostered by Erasmus+ programmes.
