التقى السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزبر الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، على هامش مشاركته في الدورة 165 لمجلس الجامعة العربية على المستوى الوزاري المنعقدة اليوم 22 جوان 2026 بعمّان، السيد أيمن الصفدي، نائب رئيس الوزراء، وزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
وشكّل اللقاء مناسبةً استعرض خلالها الوزيران ما تم تحقيقه من نتائج كلّلت اجتماعهما الفارط مطلع السنة الحالية بعمّان.

وسجل الجانبان بارتياح التطوّر المطرد الذي تشهده المبادلات التجارية والآفاق الواعدة لمزيد تكثيفها وتنويعها.

كما تم التطرّق إلى المجالات الحيوية التي يمكن تطويرها من أجل إرساء تعاون مثمر بشأنها، لاسيما السياحة والسياحة الاستشفائية فضلا عن التبادل الجامعي وتكنولوجيات الاتصال والرقمنة.

وعبّر نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين للمملكة الأردنية عن حرص بلاده على تأمين حضور مكثف لرجال الأعمال الأردنيين في فعاليات المنتدى الدولي للاستثمار الذي ستحتضنه تونس في موفى الشهر الحالي.

واستعرض الوزيران بالمناسبة عددا من المواضيع المتّصلة بالشراكات العربية القائمة مع سائر التجمّعات الجهوية والإقليمية وسبل تطويرها على أساس المصالح المشتركة والمنافع المتبادلة ومبدأ الندّية.

À l’occasion de sa participation à la 165ᵉ session du Conseil de la Ligue des États Arabes au niveau ministériel, tenue à Amman le 22 juin 2026, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger, a rencontré M. Ayman Safadi, Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et des Expatriés du Royaume Hachémite de Jordanie.
Cette rencontre a été l’occasion pour les deux Ministres de passer en r***e les résultats obtenus à la suite de leur précédente réunion, tenue au début de l’année en cours à Amman.
Les deux parties se sont félicitées du progrès soutenu des échanges commerciaux bilatéraux ainsi que des perspectives prometteuses de leur renforcement et de leur diversification.
L’entretien a également porté sur les secteurs prioritaires susceptibles d’être davantage développés en vue d’établir une coopération fructueuse, notamment dans les domaines du tourisme, du tourisme médical, des échanges universitaires, des technologies de l’information et de la communication ainsi que de la transformation numérique.
Le Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et des Expatriés du Royaume Hachémite de Jordanie a, par ailleurs, réaffirmé la volonté de son pays d’assurer une participation importante des hommes d’affaires jordaniens aux travaux du Forum International de l'Investissement, qui se tiendra en Tunisie à la fin du mois en cours.
Les deux Ministres ont également procédé à un échange de vues sur plusieurs questions relatives aux partenariats établis entre le monde arabe et les différents regroupements régionaux et sous-régionaux, ainsi que sur les moyens de les développer sur la base des intérêts communs, des avantages mutuels et du principe d’égalité souveraine.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, met, on the sidelines of his participation in the 165th Session of the Council of the Arab League at Ministerial level held today, 22 June 2026, in Amman, with Mr. Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the two Ministers to review the outcomes achieved in follow up to their previous meeting held earlier this year in Amman.
Both sides noted with satisfaction the steady growth in trade exchanges and the promising prospects for further increasing and diversifying them.
They also discussed key sectors that could be further developed with a view to establishing fruitful cooperation, in particular tourism and medical tourism, as well as academic exchanges and information and communication technologies and digitalization.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan expressed his country’s keenness to ensure a strong presence of Jordanian businesspersons at the International Investment Forum to be hosted by Tunisia at the end of the current month.
The two Ministers also reviewed a number of issues related to existing Arab partnerships with other regional and sub regional organizations and ways to further develop them on the basis of common interests, mutual benefits and the principle of parity.

بمناسبة مشاركته في أعمال الدورة المستأنفة 165 لمجلس وزراء الخارجية العرب، المنعقدة بعمّان اليوم 22 جوان 2026، التقى السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، بالدكتور طلال أبو غزالة، رئيس ومؤسس مجموعة أبو غزالة الرقمية والمفكر الاقتصادي، صاحب أكثر من مائة مكتب حول العالم في مجالات الاستشارات والمحاسبة والملكية الفكرية والرقمية.
ومثّل اللقاء مناسبةً أبرز فيها الوزير ما تحقق في تونس من أجل الارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم والبحث العلمي، لاسيما إحداث مجلس وطني للتربية والأقطاب التكنولوجية، إضافة إلى الشراكات التي أرستها بلادنا مع الدول المتقدمة في مجال التكنولوجيات والرقمنة.
وأكد الوزير الحرص على تكثيف مجالات التعاون مع المؤسسات الرائدة لاسيما في مجال التحول الرقمي، ومن ضمنها مؤسسة ابو غزالة لتطوير الصناعات الإلكترونية والتعليم الرقمي والبرمجيات، في عالم سريع التطور، وفي مرحلة كثيرة التحديات.
ومن جانبه، أعرب أبو غزالة عن تقديره لتونس قيادة وشعبا لما توليه من أهمية للعلم والعلماء، متطلعا إلى عقد شراكات مع المؤسسات التونسية المماثلة المختصة في مجال التحول الرقمي والتعليم والقادرة على دعم أنشطة مجموعة ابوغزالة وتجسيد مبادراتها.

À l’occasion de sa participation aux travaux de la session 165 (Reprise) du Conseil des Ministres des Affaires Etrangères Arabes, tenue à Amman le 22 juin 2026, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a rencontré Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Président et fondateur du groupe Abu-Ghazaleh Digital, économiste et dirigeant de plus d’une centaine de bureaux à travers le monde dans les domaines du conseil, de la comptabilité, de la propriété intellectuelle et du numérique.
Cette rencontre a été l’occasion pour M. le Ministre de mettre en avant les réalisations accomplies en Tunisie en matière de développement du système éducatif et de la recherche scientifique, notamment la création d’un Conseil National de l’Education et de pôles technologiques, ainsi que les partenariats établis par le pays avec des États avancés dans le domaine des technologies et du numérique.
M. le Ministre a également souligné la volonté de renforcer les domaines de coopération avec les institutions de référence, notamment dans le domaine de la transformation numérique, y compris le groupe Abu-Ghazaleh Digital Group, en vue de développer les industries électroniques, l’enseignement numérique et les logiciels, dans un monde en évolution rapide et confronté à de nombreux défis.
De son côté, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh a exprimé son estime pour la Tunisie, sa direction et son peuple, pour l’importance accordée au savoir et aux scientifiques, tout en exprimant son souhait d’établir des partenariats avec des institutions tunisiennes similaires spécialisées dans la transformation numérique et l’éducation, capables de soutenir les activités du groupe Abu-Ghazaleh et de concrétiser ses initiatives.

On the occasion of his participation in the Resumed 165th Session of the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers, held in Amman today, 22 June 2026, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, met with Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, Chairman and Founder of the Talal Abu Ghazaleh Digital Group and economic thinker, who has more than one hundred offices worldwide in the fields of consultancy, accounting, intellectual property and digital services.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the Minister to highlight the progress achieved in Tunisia to upgrade the system of education and scientific research, in particular the establishment of a National Council for Education and technology hubs, in addition to the partnerships that our country has developed with advanced States in the field of technologies and digitalization.
The Minister stressed the commitment to intensifying areas of cooperation with leading institutions, especially in the field of digital transformation, including the Abu Ghazaleh Institution for the development of electronic industries, digital education and software, in a rapidly evolving world and at a time marked by major challenges.
For his part, Abu Ghazaleh expressed his appreciation to Tunisia, its leadership and its people for the importance it attaches to science and scholars, and looked forward to establishing partnerships with counterpart Tunisian institutions specializing in digital transformation and education, which are able to support the activities of the Abu Ghazaleh Group and give concrete effect to its initiatives.

لقاء السيد الوزير بكبار رجال الأعمال الأردنيين بغرفة تجارة الأردن
على هامش المشاركة التونسية في الاجتماع الوزاري للدورة 165 لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية

بمناسبة مشاركته في الاجتماع الوزاري للدورة المستأنفة 165 لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية، المنعقدة بعمّان اليوم 22 جوان 2026، وسعيا إلى مزيد الارتقاء بالتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري مع المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، التقى السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، بمقر غرفة تجارة الأردن، برئيس غرفتي تجارة الأردن وعمّان، السيد خليل الحاج توفيق، وعدد من كبار رجال الأعمال الأردنيين ومسؤولي الغرف التجارية الأردنية.

وقد شكّل اللقاء مناسبةً للتأكيد على متانة العلاقات التونسية الأردنية والإرادة المشتركة لمزيد تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي، لا سيما من خلال دعم دور القطاع الخاص وتكثيف الشراكات والاستثمارات، والعمل على الرفع من حجم المبادلات التجارية الثنائية التي لا تزال دون الإمكانيات المتاحة.
وتم بالمناسبة الإشادة بما سجلته الصادرات التونسية من زيت الزيتون إلى الأردن من تطور هام تلبيةً لاحتياجات السوق الأردنية لهذا الموسم، والإعراب عن الأمل في إيجاد صيغ لاستدامتها.

كما تم التأكيد على أهمية تكثيف تبادل الزيارات بين رجال الأعمال، وتفعيل مجلس رجال الأعمال المشتركة التونسي الأردني وتنظيم منتدى أعمال تونسي بالأردن ومنتدى مماثل بتونس، ودعم مبادرة القطاع الخاص من البلدين الهادفة الى إرساء منصة تجارية رقمية تونسية–أردنية لتعزيز التواصل بين الفاعلين الاقتصاديين والتعريف بفرص الاستثمار والشراكة في الدولتين الشقيقتين.

كما وقع التشديد على أهمية استثمار المزايا التي يتمتع بها البلدان، بما يتيح فتح آفاق أوسع للتعاون في عدد من القطاعات الواعدة، ويسهم في تطوير الشراكات الاستثمارية ورفع حجم المبادلات التجارية الثنائية بين تونس والأردن.

Rencontre de M. le Ministre avec les hommes d’affaires jordaniens à la Chambre de Commerce de Jordanie, en marge de la participation tunisienne à la réunion ministérielle de la 165e session du Conseil de la Ligue des États Arabes
(Amman, 22 juin 2026)

À l’occasion de sa participation à la réunion ministérielle de la session 165 du Conseil de la Ligue des États Arabes, tenue à Amman le 22 juin 2026, et afin de renforcer davantage la coopération économique et commerciale avec le Royaume hachémite de Jordanie, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a rencontré au siège de la Chambre de Commerce de Jordanie le Président des chambres de commerce de Jordanie et d’Amman, M. Khalil Al-Haj Tawfiq, ainsi qu’un nombre d'hommes d’affaires jordaniens et de responsables des chambres de commerce jordaniennes.
Cette rencontre a été l’occasion de souligner la solidité des relations tuniso-jordaniennes et la volonté commune de renforcer davantage la coopération économique, notamment à travers le soutien au rôle du secteur privé, l’intensification des partenariats et des investissements, ainsi que l’augmentation du volume des échanges commerciaux bilatéraux, encore en deçà des potentialités existantes.
À cette occasion, il a été salué le développement important enregistré par les exportations tunisiennes d’huile d’olive vers la Jordanie afin de répondre aux besoins du marché jordanien au cours de cette saison, tout en exprimant l’espoir de trouver des formules permettant d’en assurer la durabilité.
Il a également été souligné l’importance d’intensifier les échanges de visites entre les hommes d’affaires, de mettre en œuvre le Conseil d’affaires conjoint tuniso-jordanien, et d’organiser un Forum d’affaires tunisien en Jordanie ainsi qu’un forum similaire en Tunisie, en plus de soutenir l’initiative du secteur privé des deux pays visant à établir une plateforme commerciale numérique tuniso-jordanienne destinée à renforcer la communication entre les acteurs économiques et à promouvoir les opportunités d’investissement et de partenariat dans les deux pays frères.
Enfin, il a été insisté sur l’importance de valoriser les atouts dont disposent les deux pays, afin d’ouvrir de plus larges perspectives de coopération dans plusieurs secteurs porteurs, et de contribuer au développement des partenariats d’investissement ainsi qu’à l’augmentation du volume des échanges commerciaux bilatéraux entre la Tunisie et la Jordanie.

Meeting of Minister Nafti with senior Jordanian businesspersons at the Jordan Chamber of Commerce
On the sidelines of Tunisia’s participation in the Ministerial Meeting of the 165th session of the Council of the League of Arab States

On the occasion of his participation in the Ministerial Meeting of the Resumed 165th Session of the Council of the League of Arab States, held in Amman today, 22 June 2026, and in an effort to further enhance economic and trade cooperation with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, met at the headquarters of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce with the President of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Commerce, Mr. Khalil ElHaj Tawfiq, along with a number of leading Jordanian businesspersons and officials from Jordanian chambers of commerce.
The meeting offered an opportunity to reaffirm the strength of Tunisian Jordanian relations and the shared determination to further boost economic cooperation, in particular by supporting the role of the private sector, stepping up partnerships and investments, and working to increase the volume of bilateral trade, which remains below the available potential. It was also an occasion to commend the significant growth recorded in Tunisian exports of olive oil to Jordan this season in response to the needs of the Jordanian market, and to express the hope of identifying mechanisms to ensure their sustainability.
The discussions further underlined the importance of intensifying the exchange of visits between business communities, activating the Tunisian Jordanian Joint Business Council, organizing a Tunisian business forum in Jordan and a similar forum in Tunisia, and supporting the initiative by the private sectors of both countries aimed at establishing a Tunisian Jordanian digital trade platform to enhance communication between economic operators and to showcase investment and partnership opportunities in the two brotherly countries.
Emphasis was also placed on the need to capitalize on the advantages enjoyed by both countries, in a manner that opens up broader horizons for cooperation in a number of promising sectors and contributes to the development of investment partnerships and the increase of bilateral trade between Tunisia and Jordan.

ألقى السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، كلمةً لدى مشاركته في الاجتماع التشاوري لوزراء خارجية الدول العربية الذي انعقد اليوم، 22 جوان 2026، بعمّان أكد فيها أن الظرف الإقليمي الدولي يفرض على الأمّة العربية مضاعفة الجهود من أجل تعزيز ركائز الأمن والاستقرار وترسيخ قيم التضامن بين الدول والشعوب الشقيقة.
وجدّد الوزير موقف تونس الداعي إلى احترام سيادة الدول العربية ووحدة أراضيها ورفض كلّ ما من شأنه أن يمسّ أمنها، معتبرا أن اعتماد الحوار والتعاون يظل السبيل الوحيد لتسوية الخلافات والنزاعات.
كما بيّن أنه في ضوء التحولات المتسارعة التي يشهدها العالم، تظل القضية الفلسطينية القضية المركزية للأمة العربية، وتتطلب بصفة عاجلة تسويةً عادلةً وشاملةً، كما تظلّ شرطا أساسيا لتحقيق الأمن القومي العربي بكل مقوّماته والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وأكد كذلك أن انفتاح جامعة الدول العربية على مختلف الأطر الإقليمية والدولية ينبغي أن يقوم على حوار وتعاون متوازن ومنتظم قوامه الاحترام المتبادل والندّية والمصالح المشتركة والشراكة المتضامنة.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a prononcé une allocution lors de sa participation à la réunion consultative des Ministres des Affaires Etrangères des pays arabes, tenue aujourd’hui, le 22 juin 2026, à Amman.
Il a souligné que la conjoncture régionale et internationale impose à la nation arabe de redoubler d’efforts afin de renforcer les piliers de la sécurité et de la stabilité et de consolider les valeurs de solidarité entre les États et les peuples frères.
M. le Ministre a réaffirmé la position de la Tunisie appelant au respect de la souveraineté des États arabes et de l’intégrité de leurs territoires, ainsi qu’au rejet de toute mesure susceptible de porter atteinte à leur sécurité, estimant que le recours au dialogue et à la coopération demeure la seule voie pour le règlement des différends et des conflits.
Il a également indiqué que, compte tenu des mutations rapides que connaît le monde, la cause palestinienne demeure la question centrale de la nation arabe et qu’elle nécessite un règlement juste et global dans les plus brefs délais, tout en restant une condition essentielle pour la réalisation de la sécurité nationale arabe dans toutes ses composantes et pour la stabilité de la région.
Enfin, il a souligné que l’ouverture de la Ligue des États Arabes aux différents cadres régionaux et internationaux doit reposer sur un dialogue et une coopération équilibrés et réguliers, fondés sur le respect mutuel, la parité, les intérêts communs et un partenariat solidaire.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, delivered an address during his participation in the Consultative Meeting of Arab States Foreign Ministers held today, 22 June 2026, in Amman.
He stressed that the current regional and international context requires the Arab nation to redouble efforts to strengthen the foundations of security and stability and to entrench the values of solidarity among brotherly States and peoples.
The Minister reiterated Tunisia’s position calling for respect for the sovereignty of Arab States and the unity of their territories and for the rejection of anything that might undermine their security, considering that adopting dialogue and cooperation remains the only way to settle disputes and conflicts.
He also underlined that, in light of the rapid transformations the world is witnessing, the Palestinian cause remains the central cause of the Arab nation and urgently requires a just and comprehensive settlement, and that it also remains an essential prerequisite for achieving Arab national security in all its dimensions and for establishing stability in the region.
He further affirmed that the League of Arab States’ openness to the various regional and international frameworks should be based on balanced and regular dialogue and cooperation, founded on mutual respect, parity, common interests and a solidarity-based partnership.

تناول السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، خلال لقائه اليوم 22 جوان 2026 بعَمّان، مع نظيره المصري السيد بدر عبد العاطي، تقييما لما تم إنجازه على درب متابعة تنفيذ نتائج اللجنة العليا التونسية المصرية.
واتفق الوزيران على أهمية التعجيل بايجاد السبل الكفيلة من أجل ضمان انسياب أفضل للسلع والمنتوجات بين البلدين والارتقاء بالتعاون الصناعي وفي المجالات المتصلة بالطاقة وتكنولوجيات الاتصال وتحلية مياه البحر وغيرها.
وقد عبّر الوزير المصري عن حرص بلاده على تأمين حضور مصري مكثف في فعاليات المنتدى الدولي للاستثمار الذي ستحتضنه تونس في موفى الشهر الحالي.
كما استعرض الوزيران عددا من المواضيع العربية والاقليمية المطروحة على جدول أعمال مجلس وزراء جامعة الدول العربية.

Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a évoqué, lors de son entretien tenu aujourd’hui, le 22 juin 2026 à Amman, avec son homologue égyptien, M. Badr Abdel Aty, une évaluation de l’état d’avancement du suivi de la mise en œuvre des résultats de la Haute Commission tuniso-égyptienne.
Les deux Ministres sont convenus de l’importance d’accélérer la recherche des moyens à même de garantir une meilleure fluidité de la circulation des marchandises et des produits entre les deux pays, ainsi que de hisser la coopération dans les domaines de l’industrie, de l’énergie, des technologies de l’information et de la communication, du dessalement de l’eau de mer, ainsi que dans d’autres secteurs.
Le Ministre égyptien a exprimé la volonté de son pays d’assurer une présence égyptienne importante lors des activités du Forum International de l’Investissement que la Tunisie accueillera à la fin du mois en cours.
Les deux Ministres ont également passé en r***e des questions arabes et régionales inscrites à l’ordre du jour du Conseil des Ministres de la Ligue des États Arabes.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, reviewed during his meeting held today, 22 June 2026, in Amman with his Egyptian counterpart, Mr. Badr Abdelatty, progress made in following up on the implementation of the outcomes of the Tunisian-Egyptian High Joint Committee.
The two Ministers agreed on the importance of expediting efforts to identify effective means to ensure smoother flow of goods and products between the two countries, and to enhance industrial cooperation as well as collaboration in the fields of energy, information and communication technologies, desalination, and other sectors.
The Egyptian Minister expressed his country’s keenness to ensure a prominent Egyptian presence at the International Investment Forum to be hosted by Tunisia at the end of the current month.
The two Ministers also discussed a number of Arab and regional issues on the agenda of the Council of the League of Arab States.

في اطار مشاركته في الاجتماع الوزاري العربي الذي تحتضنه العاصمة الأردنية عمان يوم 22 جوان 2026، أجرى السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، لقاءً مع نظيره الجزائري السيد أحمد عطاف، وزير الدولة، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج والشؤون الافريقية، تم خلاله استعراض أوجه التعاون الثنائي والاستعدادات الجارية لعقد لجنة المتابعة التونسية الجزائرية خلال الشهر المقبل. وتم بالخصوص التركيز على القطاعات المتصلة بالتجارة والصناعة والطاقة، بالإضافة إلى الاجراءات ذات العلاقة بالشؤون القنصلية وكل ما من شأنه ان ييسر حركة التنقل والاقامة بالنسبة للمواطنين التونسيين والجزائريين في كلا البلدين.
كما تناول اللقاء بعض المواضيع المتصلة بتطورات الأوضاع على الساحتين الاقليمية والدولية وسبل التنسيق الأمثل بشأنها بين البلدين.

Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a eu une rencontre avec son homologue algérien, M. Ahmed Attaf, Ministre d’État, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Communauté Nationale à l’Etranger et des Affaires Africaines.
Cette rencontre a permis de passer en r***e les différents volets de la coopération bilatérale ainsi que les préparatifs en cours en vue de la tenue, le mois prochain, de la Commission de suivi tuniso-algérienne. Les discussions ont porté en particulier sur les secteurs du commerce, de l’industrie et de l’énergie, ainsi que sur les mesures relatives aux affaires consulaires et à tout ce qui est susceptible de faciliter la circulation et le séjour des citoyens tunisiens et algériens dans les deux pays.
Les deux Ministres ont également abordé plusieurs questions liées à l’évolution de la situation aux niveaux régional et international, ainsi que les moyens de renforcer la coordination entre les deux pays sur ces dossiers.

As part of his participation in the Arab Ministerial Meeting organized in Amman on 22 June 2026, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, held a meeting with his Algerian counterpart, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the various aspects of bilateral cooperation and the ongoing preparations for the upcoming session of the Tunisian-Algerian Follow-up Committee scheduled for next month. Particular emphasis was placed on sectors related to trade, industry, and energy, as well as on measures concerning consular affairs and all initiatives aiming at facilitating the movement and residence of Tunisian and Algerian citizens in both countries.
The two Ministers also discussed a number of issues related to developments at the regional and international levels, as well as ways to enhance coordination between the two countries in this regard.

بتكليف من السيد رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد، يشارك السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، في اجتماع مجلس جامعة الدول العربية على المستوى الوزاري في دورته العادية المستأنفة (165) المزمع عقده يوم 22 جوان 2026 بعمّان بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية الشقيقة.

وسيتم خلال هذا الاجتماع استعراض مختلف محاور العمل العربي المشترك وسبل تطويره، لا سيما فيما يخص المسائل المتعلقة بدعم القضية الفلسطينية وتفعيل التعاون العربي في مواجهة مختلف التحديات الماثلة.

كما سيجري الوزير، على هامش هذا الاجتماع، لقاءات مع نظرائه في عدد من الدول العربية بشأن علاقات التعاون الثنائية التي تجمع تونس بهذه الدول والامكانيات المتاحة لتطويرها، بالإضافة إلى عدد من القضايا العربية والاقليمية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

Sur instructions de Son Excellence le Président de la République, Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l'Etranger, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, participera à la 165ᵉ session ordinaire (Reprise) du Conseil de la Ligue des États Arabes au niveau ministériel, prévue le 22 juin 2026 à Amman, au Royaume Hachémite de Jordanie.
Cette réunion sera consacrée à l'examen des différents axes de l'action arabe commune ainsi qu'aux moyens de les renforcer, notamment en ce qui concerne le soutien à la cause palestinienne et le renforcement de la coopération arabe pour faire face aux divers défis actuels.
En marge de cette réunion, M. le Ministre tiendra également des entretiens avec ses homologues de plusieurs pays arabes afin d'examiner les relations de coopération bilatérale entre la Tunisie et ces États, les possibilités de les développer, ainsi qu’un ensemble de questions arabes et régionales d'intérêt commun.

On the instructions of His Excellency the President of the Republic, Kaïs Saïed, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, will participate in the 165th Ordinary Session (Resumed) of the Council of the League of Arab States at the Ministerial level, scheduled to be held on 22 June 2026 in Amman, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
During this meeting, participants will review the various aspects of joint Arab action and ways to further develop it, particularly with regard to issues related to supporting the Palestinian cause and enhancing Arab cooperation in addressing the various challenges at hand.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the Minister will also hold talks with his counterparts from a number of Arab countries on bilateral cooperation relations between Tunisia and these countries and the available opportunities to strengthen them, in addition to discussing several Arab and regional issues of common interest.

استقبل السيد محمد على النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، يوم الجمعة 19 جوان 2026 بمقر الوزارة، السيدة سلمى مليكة حدادي، نائبة رئيس مفوضية الاتحاد الإفريقي، التي تؤدي زيارة رسمية إلى بلادنا من 18 إلى 21 جوان 2026.
وتناول اللّقاء بالخصوص واقع وآفاق التعاون بين تونس والاتحاد الإفريقي، حيث جدّد وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج التزام تونس المتواصل بالإسهام الفاعل في دعم العمل الإفريقي المشترك، وحرصها على المساهمة في مسار الإصلاح المؤسساتي للاتحاد الإفريقي وتطوير آليات ووسائل عمله. وهو ما يتطلب اعتماد مقاربة تشاركية وشفافة جديدة تأخذ في الإعتبار واقع الدول الأعضاء وتطلعاتها وفقا للنصوص المؤسسة له ومبدأ السيادة الوطنية.
كما أعرب الوزير عن الإعتزاز باحتضان تونس مقرات عدد من الهياكل الإفريقية على غرار المعهد الإفريقي للإحصاء ومركز التميز الإفريقي للأسواق الشاملة والمنظمة الإفريقية للملكية الفكرية، مشددا على أهمية رصد الموارد البشرية والمالية اللازمة لعمل هذه المؤسسات واضطلاعها بمهامها على أحسن وجه.
وجدّد في هذا السياق تطلع بلادنا لتعزيز تواجد الكفاءات التونسية داخل مفوضية الإتحاد الإفريقي ولدى بقية أجهزة المنظمة، منوها بما تتمتع به الكفاءات التونسية من خبرة وقدرة على الإسهام في المبادرات ا لخاصة بتعزيز ركائز الأمن والاستقرار و التنمية في ربوع إفريقيا.
وتم خلال المحادثة التطرق إلى ظاهرة الهجرة غير النظامية باعتبارها تحديا مشتركا للقارة الإفريقية ممّا يتطلب مزيد التنسيق والتشاور بين دولها لإيجاد حلول ناجعة للقضاء على شبكات الإتجار بالبشر، حيث شدد الوزير على أهمية اعتماد مقاربة شاملة تعتمد المواءمة بين البُعد الإنساني ومتطلبات الأمن والتنمية وتقاسم الأعباء وتظافر جهود الشركاء الإقليميين والدوليين في هذا السياق.
ومن جهتها، أشادت المسؤولة الإفريقية بالدور البناء الذي تضطلع به تونس في دعم منظومة العمل الإفريقي المشترك داخل الإتحاد الإفريقي ونوهت بالتزام تونس الثابت بمبادئ وأهداف الاتحاد الإفريقي، وحرصها على دعم المفوضية ومبادراتها الرامية إلى تعزيز التكامل القاري. كما أكدت استعداد رئيس مفوضية الإتحاد الإفريقي على مواصلة العمل من أجل دعم علاقات التعاون القائمة بين تونس ومختلف أجهزة الإتحاد مثمنة الجهود التي بذلتها تونس لتوفير أحسن ظروف العمل للمؤسسات الإفريقية التي تحتضنها في إطار الجهود المشتركة من أجل تحقيق التنمية والاستقرار والازدهار لشعوب القارة الإفريقية.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, , a reçu le vendredi 19 juin 2026 au siège du Ministère Mme Selma Malika Haddadi, Vice-Présidente de la Commission de l’Union Africaine, en visite officielle dans notre pays du 18 au 21 juin 2026.
L’entretien a porté notamment sur l’état et les perspectives de la coopération entre la Tunisie et l’Union Africaine. M. le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger a réaffirmé l’engagement continu de la Tunisie à contribuer activement au soutien de l’action africaine commune, ainsi que sa volonté de participer au processus de réforme institutionnelle de l’Union Africaine et au développement de ses mécanismes et moyens de fonctionnement. Cela requiert l’adoption d’une nouvelle approche participative et transparente, prenant en compte la réalité des États membres et leurs aspirations, conformément aux textes fondateurs de l’organisation et au principe de souveraineté nationale.
M. le Ministre a également exprimé sa fierté d’accueillir en Tunisie les sièges de plusieurs structures africaines, telles que l’Institut Africain de Statistique, le Centre Africain d’Excellence pour les Marchés Inclusifs et l’Organisation Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle, soulignant l’importance de mobiliser les ressources humaines et financières nécessaires afin de permettre à ces institutions d’accomplir pleinement leurs missions.
Dans ce contexte, il a renouvelé l’attente de la Tunisie de renforcer la présence des compétences tunisiennes au sein de la Commission de l’Union Africaine et des autres organes de l’organisation, mettant en avant l’expertise et la capacité des compétences tunisiennes à contribuer aux initiatives visant à renforcer les fondements de la sécurité, de la stabilité et du développement à travers l’Afrique.
La rencontre a également abordé le phénomène de la migration irrégulière, considéré comme un défi commun pour le continent africain, nécessitant une coordination et une concertation accrues entre ses pays afin de trouver des solutions efficaces pour lutter contre les réseaux de traite des êtres humains. M. le Ministre a souligné l’importance d’adopter une approche globale conciliant la dimension humanitaire, les impératifs de sécurité et de développement, ainsi que le partage des charges et la mobilisation des efforts des partenaires régionaux et internationaux dans ce cadre.
De son côté, la responsable africaine a salué le rôle constructif de la Tunisie dans le soutien au système d’action africaine commune au sein de l’Union Africaine. Elle a également souligné l’engagement constant de la Tunisie envers les principes et objectifs de l’Union Africaine, ainsi que son souci de soutenir la Commission et ses initiatives visant à renforcer l’intégration continentale. Elle a en outre exprimé la volonté du président de la Commission de l’Union Africaine de continuer à œuvrer au renforcement des relations de coopération entre la Tunisie et les différents organes de l’Union, saluant les efforts déployés par la Tunisie pour offrir les meilleures conditions de travail aux institutions africaines qu’elle accueille, dans le cadre des efforts communs visant à réaliser le développement, la stabilité et la prospérité des peuples du continent africain.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, received on Friday, 19 June 2026 at the Ministry’s headquarters, Ms. Selma Malika Haddadi, Deputy Chairperson of the African Union Commission, who is on an official visit to Tunisia from 18 to 21 June 2026.

The meeting focused in particular on the current state and prospects of cooperation between Tunisia and the African Union. The Minister reaffirmed Tunisia’s continued commitment to actively contributing to the promotion of joint African action and its determination to support the institutional reform process of the African Union, as well as the development of its working methods and mechanisms. In this regard, he stressed the need to adopt a new participatory and transparent approach that takes into account the realities and aspirations of Member States, in line with the founding texts of the Union and the principle of national sovereignty.

The Minister also expressed pride in Tunisia hosting the headquarters of several African institutions, including the African Institute for Statistics, the African Center of Excellence for Inclusive Markets, and the African Intellectual Property Organization. He emphasized the importance of mobilizing the necessary human and financial resources to ensure that these institutions can effectively carry out their mandates.

In this context, he reiterated Tunisia’s aspiration to enhance the presence of Tunisian expertise within the African Union Commission and other organs of the organization, highlighting the recognized competence of Tunisian professionals and their ability to contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the pillars of peace, stability, and development across the African continent.

Discussions also addressed the issue of irregular migration as a shared challenge for African countries, requiring increased coordination and consultation to develop effective solutions to combat human trafficking networks. The Minister underlined the importance of adopting a comprehensive approach that balances humanitarian considerations with security and development imperatives, while ensuring burden-sharing and enhanced cooperation among regional and international partners.

For her part, the African official commended Tunisia’s constructive role in supporting the African Union system and praised its steadfast commitment to the principles and objectives of the Union, as well as its support for the Commission and its initiatives aimed at advancing continental integration. She also conveyed the readiness of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission to continue working towards strengthening cooperation with Tunisia and the various organs of the Union, while expressing appreciation for Tunisia’s efforts in providing optimal working conditions for the African institutions it hosts, within the framework of joint efforts to achieve development, stability, and prosperity for the peoples of Africa.
