สูตรช้อกโกเลตชิพคุกกี้ (กรอบนอกนุ่มใน) ที่เราทำกันในคลาสศิลปะ งานประดิษฐ์และทำอาหารในสัปดาห์ที่ 2 ค่ะ
We did the delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies during week #2 of Art, Craft, and Cooking class. It was so good that a lot of parents and students asked me how to make the cookies. Here's how:
Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix the butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar together well. Beat in the egg and the vanilla.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add this to the butter mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Using a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, scoop spoonful of dough (about 2 Tbsp). Shape them into a ball and place onto a parchment lined baking tray or a plate, leaving 3 inches between the cookies.
4. Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Bake for 15 minutes, until browned around the edges.
