สศท.6 ร่วมงาน งานวันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเริ่มต้นหรือดูการผลิตใหม่ (Field Day) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569

วันที่ 29 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 มอบหมายให้นายเอกภาคย์ หงษ์สา เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพร้อมด้วยนายบุญเชิด สุขมาก เจ้าพนักงานสถิติ
ร่วมงาน “วันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลผลิตใหม่ (Field Day) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569” โดยมีนางสาวนฤมล สงวนวงศ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมด้วยนายรพีทัศน์ อุ่นจิตตพันธ์ รองอธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร กล่าวรายงาน นายบุญธรรม ถาวรทัศนกิจ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา กล่าวต้อนรับ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และพี่น้องเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมงานอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร อำเภอคลองเขื่อน วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เกษตรกรได้เรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีการผลิตสมัยใหม่ ลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการตลาด รวมถึงเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับนักวิชาการ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และเกษตรกรต้นแบบ ซึ่งถือเป็นสัญญาณสำคัญของการเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลผลิตใหม่อย่างมีคุณภาพ ภายในงานจัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “ข้าว มันสำปะหลัง ผลิตอย่างรู้ ปลูกอย่างเท่าทัน บริหารจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ” (Growing Smarter, Managing Better) ผ่าน 5 สถานีเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย
1. ลดน้ำ ลดโลกร้อน ด้วยนาเปียกสลับแห้ง
2. 4 พันธุ์มันท้าใบด่าง
3. แช่ก่อนปลูก ปราบก่อนตาย มหัศจรรย์ไตรโคเดอร์มา
4. หยุดเผา สร้างรายได้ ด้วยนวัตกรรม
5. ที่สุดแห่งมันสำปะหลัง “MR 5955-202” ทางเลือกเพื่อเกษตรกรไทย
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีนิทรรศการงานวิจัยและเทคโนโลยีจากหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รวมถึงภาคเอกชน จำนวน 8 นิทรรศการ และการจำหน่ายสินค้าจากกลุ่มเกษตรกรและวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 4 กลุ่ม
การจัดงานครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร เพื่อลดต้นทุน เพิ่มผลผลิต เตรียมความพร้อมรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ตลอดจนการจัดการโรค แมลงศัตรูพืช และวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สู่การพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
OAE Zone 6 Joins 2026 "Field Day" to Launch New Farming Season with Smart Agricultural Innovations
On May 29, 2026, Miss. Naritsara Aimkuy, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 6, designated Mr. Ekkaphak Hongsa, Senior Economist, and Mr. Booncherd Sukmak, Statistical Officer, to attend the official opening of the "Technology Transfer Day to Launch the New Crop Year (Field Day) for Fiscal Year 2026."
The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Narumol Sanguanwong, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and Mr. Rapeephat Unjittaphan, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Agricultural Extension, who delivered the event report. Mr. Boontham Thavornthatsanakit, Vice Governor of Chachoengsao Province, extended a warm welcome to all government heads and local farmers in attendance at the Learning Center for Enhancing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency in Khlong Khuean District.
The primary objective of this annual event is to provide farmers with hands-on learning opportunities regarding modern production technologies, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and market intelligence. It serves as a vital platform for farmers to adopt appropriate site-specific technologies and exchange insights with academics, experts, and model farmers, marking a high-quality start to the new production season.
Under the theme “Growing Smarter, Managing Better: Rice and Cassava Production with Vision and Efficiency,” the event featured five interactive learning stations:
1. Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD): Reducing Water and Global Warming in Rice Farming
2. Four Disease-Resistant Cassava Varieties: Combating Mosaic Disease
3. The Miracle of Trichoderma: Pre-Planting Soaking to Eradicate Root Rot
4. Zero Burning, Higher Earning: Turning Agricultural Waste into Revenue through Innovation
5. The Ultimate Cassava Variety “MR 5955-202”: A Game-Changing Choice for Thai Farmers
Additionally, the event showcased eight research and technology exhibitions from various departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives as well as the private sector. Four local farmer groups and community enterprises from Chachoengsao Province also participated by showcasing and selling their local products.
This year's Field Day successfully focused on equipping farmers with the essential agricultural technology needed to minimize costs, optimize yields, and strengthen resilience against climate change. It also emphasized efficient pest and disease management alongside sustainable agricultural waste utilization, driving Thailand's agricultural sector toward a sustainable future.

วันที่ 19-28 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในการศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตร (ปาล์มน้ำมัน) เพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยคาร์บอนเครดิต ในพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรี จังหวัดระยอง ตราด และสระแก้ว

โดยการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรมีข้อมูลและแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสินค้าเกษตรเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้วยคาร์บอนเครดิต และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ทั้งในและนอกกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการสนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรผลิตสินค้าเกษตรร่วมกับการจัดทำคาร์บอนเครดิต รวมถึงการจัดทำนโยบาย แนวทาง มาตรการ เพื่อส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรจัดทำคาร์บอนเครดิตเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืน

📈 The Office of Agricultural Economics 6 Conducts Survey and Data Collection for a Study on Agricultural Product Management Guidelines to Create Added Value through Carbon Credits in the Eastern Region
From May 19 to 28, 2026, Ms. Narissara Aimkuy, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics 6, assigned officers from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Section and the Agricultural Information Section to conduct a field survey and collect data for a study on agricultural product (oil palm) management guidelines aimed at creating added value through carbon credits. The operation took place in Chonburi, Rayong, Trat, and Sa Kaeo provinces.
The objective of this operation is to provide farmers and agricultural institutions with information and management guidelines to add value to agricultural products through carbon credits. Furthermore, government agencies—both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives—can utilize this data to support farmers in integrating carbon credit initiatives into their agricultural production. This includes formulating policies, guidelines, and measures to promote and support carbon credit implementation, ultimately generating sustainable income for farmers.

สศท.6 ประชุมแผนพัฒนาองค์กร พ.ศ.2566 - 2570 (ฉบับทบทวน ปี 2569) โดยใช้ Strategic Foresight

วันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 (สศท.6) เป็นประธานการประชุมการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาองค์กรของ สศท.6 พ.ศ.2566 - 2570 (ฉบับทบทวน ปี 2569) โดยใช้ Strategic Foresight ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.6 ได้ร่วมกันวิเคราะห์บริบทของอนาคต ทั้งด้านแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ด้านวิจัยและประเมินผล ด้านสารสนเทศการเกษตร และด้านบริหารองค์กร สำหรับเตรียมความพร้อมทั้งเชิงกลยุทธ์และนโยบายที่เหมาะสมของ สศท.6 ในการนำไปปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ต่อไป

Miss. Naritsara Aimkuy, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 6 (ROAE6) presided over the meeting on the preparation of the Organizational Development Plan of ROAE6 for 2023–2027 (Revised Edition 2026). The meeting applied the Strategic Foresight approach to analyze and anticipate future contexts in various areas, including agricultural economic zone development planning, research and evaluation, agricultural information systems, and organizational administration. Officials of ROAE6 collaboratively analyzed future trends and factors that may affect the organization’s operations in order to enhance strategic preparedness and formulate appropriate policies. The outcomes of this process are expected to support the effective implementation of ROAE6’s missions and ensure readiness for future changes and challenges.

ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนตะวันฉาย หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลแม่น้ำคู้ อำเภอปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยอง เพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นและแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับ “การสร้างโอกาสทางการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้าเกษตรแปรรูปที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร (Agri-Tech)” โดยมีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน นักวิจัย ผู้ประกอบการ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชนและเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

การประชุมครั้งนี้คณะวิจัยได้นำเสนอผลการศึกษาขั้นต้น ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกันเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ การยกระดับมาตรฐานสินค้า การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มผ่านนวัตกรรม รวมถึงแนวทางการขยายช่องทางการตลาดทั้งในระดับชุมชนและระดับประเทศ เพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน

ทั้งนี้ ผลจากการประชุมจะถูกนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการศึกษาวิจัยและกำหนดแนวทางในการสนับสนุนภาคเกษตรและวิสาหกิจชุมชนให้สามารถปรับตัวเข้าสู่เศรษฐกิจยุคใหม่ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมต่อไป

On 27 May 2025, Ms. Narisara Iamkui, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 6 (OAE Region 6), together with the Directors of the Research and Evaluation Division and research teams from the Research and Evaluation Divisions of OAE Regions 3, 5, and 6, organized a Focus Group meeting to gather opinions on creating market opportunities for environmentally friendly processed agricultural products through agricultural technology and innovation (Agri-Tech), using pineapple products as a case study.

The meeting was held at Tawan Chai Community Enterprise, Village No. 5, Maenam Khu Subdistrict, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. The objective was to exchange ideas and perspectives on “Creating Market Opportunities for Environmentally Friendly Processed Agricultural Products through Agricultural Technology and Innovation (Agri-Tech).” Participants included representatives from government agencies, the private sector, researchers, entrepreneurs, community enterprise members, and farmers, all of whom actively took part in the discussion.

During the meeting, the research team presented preliminary study results and opened a forum for participants to share ideas on product development, upgrading product standards, adding value through innovation, and expanding marketing channels at both the community and national levels. These efforts aim to strengthen the grassroots economy and sustainably increase farmers’ incomes in the region.

The outcomes of the meeting will be used as supporting information for further research studies and for formulating guidelines to support the agricultural sector and community enterprises in adapting to the modern economy driven by technology and innovation.

วันที่ 18-20 และ 25-27 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 มอบหมายให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจข้อมูลแนวทางพัฒนาการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ ในพื้นที่จังหวัด ฉะเชิงเทรา ระยอง และจันทบุรี โดยมีเป้าหมายคือเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกทุเรียน และผู้ประกอบการ เพื่อศึกษา Value Chain ในการผลิตไปจนถึงการส่งออกของทุเรียนภาคตะวันออก สำหรับเป็นข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจวางแผนการผลิต และเชื่อมโยงเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจรวมถึงนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการจัดทำแผนงานโครงการหรือขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณประจำปี ที่จะนำไปสู่การเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมภาคเกษตรของจังหวัด ภูมิภาค และประเทศต่อไป

"OAE 6 Surveys Eastern Durian Production and Export Routes, Studying Value Chain to Elevate Agricultural Products via Technology and Innovation"

On May 18–20 and 25–27, 2026 Ms. Naritsara Aumkuy, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 6, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Section to conduct a field survey in Chachoengsao, Rayong, and Chanthaburi provinces.
The survey aimed to gather data on guidelines for upgrading high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation to serve as a production and service base within the economic corridor. Targeting durian farmers and entrepreneurs, the team studied the entire value chain of eastern durians—from production to export.
The insights gained will provide vital information for decision-making in production planning and for integrating operations into the economic corridor's production and service network. Furthermore, the collected data will be utilized to formulate project plans and request annual budget allocations, which will ultimately drive the increase of the agricultural gross product at the provincial, regional, and national levels moving forward.

สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 จัดประชุมคณะทำงานพัฒนา Data Dashboard ของสินค้าเกษตรภาคตะวันออก ครั้งที่ 1/2569 เพื่อร่วมกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาและจัดทำระบบฐานข้อมูลและแดชบอร์ดด้านสินค้าเกษตรในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก ให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล ใช้ประโยชน์ในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

โดยการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีการรับทราบคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะทำงาน พร้อมร่วมพิจารณาแผนและแนวทางการดำเนินงาน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสินค้าเกษตรให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อหน่วยงานและเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

The Office of Agricultural Economics 6 held the 1st meeting of the Working Committee on the Development of the Eastern Region Agricultural Products Data Dashboard, B.E. 2569 (2026), to discuss guidelines for developing and establishing a database system and dashboard for agricultural products in the Eastern Region. The system aims to integrate data effectively for analysis, planning, and decision-making support.
During the meeting, participants acknowledged the official appointment order of the working committee and jointly considered operational plans and development approaches to drive the agricultural data system toward practical benefits for both agencies and farmers in the region.

ภายในพิธี ประธานได้ถวายความเคารพเบื้องหน้าพระฉายาลักษณ์ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 จากนั้นจุดธูปเทียนเครื่องทองน้อย และประกอบพิธีทางศาสนา โดยมีพระสงฆ์เจริญพระพุทธมนต์ ถวายเครื่องไทยธรรม ทอดผ้าไตร พระสงฆ์สดับปกรณ์ อนุโมทนา และประธานในพิธีกรวดน้ำถวายพระราชกุศล
โอกาสนี้ ยังได้จัดพิธีทำบุญตักบาตรถวายพระราชกุศล โดยนิมนต์พระสงฆ์และสามเณร จำนวน 79 รูป
ทั้งนี้ การจัดพิธีดังกล่าวเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของสมเด็จพระนางเจ้ารำไพพรรณี พระบรมราชินี ในรัชกาลที่ 7 ผู้ทรงประกอบพระราชกรณียกิจนานัปการเพื่อประโยชน์สุขของประเทศชาติและประชาชน อีกทั้งยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญที่ทุกภาคส่วนในจังหวัดชลบุรีได้ร่วมกันถวายความจงรักภักดี และสืบสานพระราชปณิธานแห่งการทำความดีเพื่อแผ่นดิน

Chonburi Province Holds Ceremony to Honor Queen Rambhai Barni on the 100th Anniversary of Her Royal Duties
May 22, 2026 — Ms. Naritsara Aumkuy, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 6, assigned officials from the Agricultural Economic Development Planning Section to attend the ceremony honoring Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni of the Seventh Reign. The event was organized to praise and recognize her royal duties on their 100th anniversary.
Mr. Issara Charoenchasri, Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province, presided over the ceremony at the Phra Phuttha Sihing Hall in Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi Province. The event was attended in unison by Mrs. Supinya Niramaiwong, President of the Chonburi Provincial Red Cross Chapter, along with heads of government agencies, civil servants, officials, and the general public.
During the ceremony, the presiding official paid respect before the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni of the Seventh Reign. He then lit the traditional incense and candles (Khruang Thong Noi) and proceeded with the religious rites. Buddhist monks chanted prayers, after which offerings and monastic robes (Pha Trai) were presented. The monks then performed the requiem chanting (Sadappakon) and gave their blessings, followed by the presiding official pouring ceremonial water to dedicate the merit to Her Majesty.
On this occasion, an alms-giving ceremony was also organized to dedicate royal merit, with 79 Buddhist monks and novices invited to receive alms.
This ceremony served as an expression of profound gratitude for the royal grace of Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni of the Seventh Reign, who performed numerous royal duties for the benefit and happiness of the nation and its people. Furthermore, it provided an important opportunity for all sectors in Chonburi Province to collectively express their loyalty and carry forward her royal aspiration of doing good deeds for the nation.

สศท.6 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 1/2569

ในวันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2569 นางสาวนริศรา เอี่ยมคุ้ย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 6 มอบหมายให้นางสาวธมลวรรณ เชื้อเงิน เศรษฐกรปฏิบัติการ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ สมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราช ฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร ระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ ศาลากลางจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยมีนายบุญธรรม ถาวรทัศนกิจ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อพิจารณาแผนการจัดงานโครงการคลินิกเกษตรเคลื่อนที่ในพระราชานุเคราะห์ฯ ในไตรมาส 3 และ 4 ของปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 และร่วมกันพิจารณาประเด็นปัญหาความต้องการของเกษตรกรในพื้นที่จัดงานในแต่ละไตรมาส เพื่อให้แต่หน่วยงานสามารถสนับสนุนองค์ความรู้ต่าง ๆ หรือปัจจัยการผลิตให้เกษตรกรได้รับประโยชน์ และนำไปแก้ไขปัญหาทางการเกษตรได้อย่างถูกต้องต่อไป

On May 20, 2026, Ms. Naritsara Aimkuy, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 6, assigned, assigned Ms. Thamolwan Chueangoen, Economist, Practitioner Level, to attend the 1st/2026 meeting of the Chachoengsao Provincial Committee on Mobile Agricultural Clinics under the Royal Patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn at Chachoengsao City Hall. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Boontham Thaworanthasanakit, Deputy Governor of Chachoengsao Province, to consider the plans for organizing the Mobile Agricultural Clinic Project under the Royal Patronage for the third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year. B.E. 2026 and jointly consider the issues and needs of farmers in the event area each quarter, so that each agency can support various knowledge or production factors for farmers to benefit and correctly address agricultural problems.
