📌 Important for Foreigners in Thailand
🔹 Section 38 – House owners/landlords must notify foreigner residence
📌 Residence Notification (Section 38)
House owners, landlords, or property managers must notify the immigration office when a foreigner resides at their premises.
3 options: In person / Registered Post / Online"A foreigner who 📌leaves the Kingdom and returns (Re-entry) does not need to file a new notification of residence if they return to their previous accommodation, provided that the notification has already been made to the immigration officer responsible for that area.

📌 การแจ้งที่พักคนต่างด้าว (มาตรา 38)
เจ้าบ้าน ผู้ครอบครอง หรือผู้ให้เช่าที่พัก ต้องแจ้งการพักอาศัยของคนต่างด้าวต่อต่อสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองในพื้นที่
สามารถแจ้งได้ 3 วิธี: ด้วยตนเอง / ไปรษณีย์ / ออนไลน์
📌คนต่างด้าวที่เดินทางออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักรแล้วกลับเข้ามา (Re-entry)
หากกลับเข้าพักอาศัยที่เดิม ไม่ต้องดำเนินการแจ้ง หากได้มีการแจ้งไว้ต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง ซึ่งมีอำนาจการรับผิดชอบในพื้นที่นั้นแล้ว

M.A. [ELT] students recently presented their thesis progress report at the University campus, and let us tell you, it was an incredible display of dedication, despite the constant turbulence of research. Watching everyone share their work, I felt a wave of relatable exhaustion, because honestly, my own brain cells were staging a full revolt just thinking about it. It was surprisingly impressive to see how far everyone had come, even though I'm pretty sure I was just counting down the seconds until coffee ☕. The whole experience was a bit like rowing chaos, but with an underlying warmth that made the exasperated sighs worth it. It’s amazing how we all navigate these academic journeys, even when feeling as glazed as a donut sometimes. The passion these M.A. [ELT] students showed for their thesis progress report at the University campus was truly something to admire.

The Graduate School of Roi Et Rajabhat University organized the activity "Empowering, Building Relationships, and Achieving Goals Happily" to create a network among graduate students.

Today (July 4, 2026) at 1:00 PM, the Graduate School of Roi Et Rajabhat University held the activity "Empowering, Building Relationships, and Achieving Goals Happily" on the 8th floor of Building 11B, Faculty of Education and Human Development, under the orientation and preparation program for new graduate students in the 2026 academic year. The activity was facilitated by a team of facilitators from Roi Et Rajabhat University.

The activity focused on building good relationships among new students from various programs through group activities, knowledge sharing, and team-building activities. This aimed to promote communication, academic networking, and effective adaptation to graduate studies.

The atmosphere was warm, fun, and friendly. Participants engaged in creative activities that provided opportunities to meet new friends, exchange experiences and ideas, and jointly set educational and self-development goals. This inspired them to strive for success in both their studies and future careers.

This activity is a crucial part of preparing new students. In addition to strengthening the bond between students, faculty, and the university, it fosters positive attitudes towards learning, collaboration, and self-development. To become a high-quality graduate who enjoys learning and is ready to contribute to society.
