สำรวจหนองโพ บันทึกระหว่างการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการฝึกงาน Baan Noorg Internship program ประจำเดือน ธันวาคม 2568 - มกราคม 2569

อาทิตย์ที่สามของการฝึกงานที่บ้านนอกฯ ในครั้งนี้ได้มีโอกาสลงพื้นที่ในบริเวณอำเภอหนองโพ ในฐานะอินเทิร์น โดยได้ไปสำรวจและพูดคุยกับเจ้าของฟาร์มบุญช่วย ในฐานะที่เป็นคนที่เกิด และเติบโตในเมือง ครั้งนี้จึงเป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้เข้าไปเห็นและสัมผัสกลิ่นอายของความเป็นฟาร์มใกล้ๆ ฟาร์มที่เข้าไปสังเกตครั้งนี้คือฟาร์มบุญช่วย ซึ่งเป็นฟาร์มแบบเปิดขนาดย่อม ตั้งอยู่ในอำเภอหนองโพ เป็นฟาร์มที่มีบรรยากาศอบอุ่น ถูกดูแลด้วย 6 มือ ของคน 3 คน และคงอยู่มากว่า 30 ปี
ตั้งแต่ก้าวเข้าไปในเขตฟาร์มก็เหมือนได้เห็นภาพเคลื่อนไหวในเฟรมใหญ่ที่ลื่นไหลต่อเนื่อง ไม่มีการสั่งคัท ภาพของวิถีชีวิตที่ดำเนินไปของทั้งคน วัว สุนัขและไก่ในฟาร์ม คนและสัตว์ผลัดกันทำงานประสานกันอย่างสอดคล้อง เริ่มกิจวัตรตั้งแต่พระอาทิตย์ยังไม่โผล่ขึ้นขอบฟ้า จนตะวันลาลับอีกครั้ง แต่ละวันดำเนินไปด้วยแรงกาย แรงใจ และใจที่รักในฟาร์ม
ถ้ามองฟาร์มบุญช่วยด้วยสายตาของระบบปศุสัตว์ ฟาร์มแห่งนี้อาจเป็นเพียงฟาร์มเล็กๆ แห่งหนึ่งที่มีวัวไม่ถึงร้อยตัว แต่หากเข้ามามองที่ด้านใน ฟาร์มแห่งนี้คือพื้นที่ที่หลายชีวิตพึ่งพากัน หล่อเลี้ยงอยู่ได้ด้วยความรัก และความใส่ใจ ทุกหน้าที่อาจดูธรรมดา แต่ไม่มีอะไรทำแทนกันได้ บรรยากาศอันอบอุ่นและสายสัมพันธ์ทั้งในฟาร์มและนอกฟาร์มที่ยังคงดำเนินอยู่ เป็นหลักฐานที่ทำให้เข้าใจว่าทำไม ฟาร์มบุญช่วยถึงดำรงอยู่ได้มาอย่างยาวนาน
การลงพื้นที่ไปคุยกับคนในชุมชน การลงพื้นที่สังเกตเกษตกรโคนม หรือชาวบ้านรอบๆ เป็นหนึ่งในงานระยะยาวของบ้านนอกที่ทำให้ทั้งอินเทิร์นและบ้านนอก ได้เรียนรู้และมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับคนในชุมชนมากกว่าเก่า รวมถึงได้มองเห็นมุมมองใหม่ของวิถีชีวิตเรียบง่าย หรือความธรรมดาที่ถูกหลบซ่อนอยู่ได้ถูกค้นพบความพิเศษของสิ่งเหล่านั้น
During my third week of internship at Baan Noorg, I had the opportunity to conduct fieldwork in Nong Pho district as an intern, observing and speaking with the owner of Boonchuay Farm. Having been born and raised in the city, this was my first time experiencing and immersing a farm atmosphere up close.
Boonchuay Farm is a small open farm with a warm, welcoming atmosphere located in Nong Pho district. It is a place sustained by the hands of three people and had been passed down from generation to another for 30 years
From the moment I step into the farm, it feels like watching a motion picture unfolding in a single, wide frame, continuously without anyone calling “cut.” Humans and animals take turns working, coordinating with one another in rhythm. Their daily routines begin before the sun rises above the horizon and continue until it sets once again. Each day unfolds through physical effort, emotional commitment and a genuine affection for the farm.
When viewed through the framework of the livestock industry, Boonchuay Farm may appear to be just a small farm with fewer than one hundred cows. However, from within, the farm is a space where lives are connected. Each task may appear ordinary, but none can be replaced by another. The sense of warmth within the farm, along with the relationships happening both inside and around the farm, helps explain why Boonchuay Farm has continued for so long.
Engaging in fieldwork by connecting with people in the community, observing dairy farmers, and spending time with local residents is part of Baannoorg’s long-term practice. Through this process, both interns and Baannoorg develop closer relationships with the community. It also allows new perspectives on everyday life to emerge, making visible the value and significance of what might otherwise seem ordinary.
