วันที่ 27 พค 2569 กองการพยาบาล สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยนางสาวอุไรพร จันทะอุ่มเม้า ผู้อำนวยการกองการพยาบาล และนักวิชาการกองการพยาบาล ร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารสภาการพยาบาลศรีลังกา ณ ห้องประชุมกองการพยาบาล โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการกำลังคนด้านการพยาบาล การวางแผนความต้องการกำลังคน การพัฒนาศักยภาพเชิงวิชาชีพ การธำรงรักษากำลังคนให้อยู่ในระบบสาธารณสุขอย่างยั่งยืน นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนกลไกการขับเคลื่อนมาตรฐานและการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์ถึงความท้าทายและทิศทางในอนาคตของวิชาชีพพยาบาล โดยการหารือในครั้งนี้นำไปสู่การพัฒนาความร่วมมือ การยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพพยาบาล และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ระบบสาธารณสุขในวงกว้างต่อไป
On May 27, 2026, Division of Nursing, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, led by Ms. Uraiporn Janta-Um-Mou, Director of Nursing Division, along with a team of nursing technical officers, warmly welcomed the executive committee from the Sri Lanka Nursing Council at the Division of Nursing Meeting Room.
The objective of this meeting was to facilitate knowledge exchange and share experiences in nursing workforce management, including demand planning, professional capacity development, and effective retention strategies to sustain the nursing workforce in the public health system.
Additionally, both parties exchanged insights into the mechanisms that drive nursing practice standards , as well as monitoring and evaluation systems, while analyzing current challenges and exploring future strategic directions for the nursing profession.
This discussion serves as a foundation for fostering closer cooperation, enhancing professional standards in nursing, and strengthening the broader public health system.
