ครั้งนี้ Serpens.bkk ชวนทุกคนมาร่วมสัมผัสค่ำคืนพิเศษ ที่เกิดจากการรวมตัวของ “เพื่อน” จากหลากหลายเส้นทางในวงการอาหารและไวน์ ผ่าน 9 Moments on the Table มื้อ 9 คอร์สที่ถ่ายทอดตัวตน ความทรงจำ และแรงบันดาลใจของผู้สร้างสรรค์แต่ละคน
โดย Chef Phu - ภูริพัฒน์ วุฒิพัฒนนนท์ จาก Serpens จัด collaboration ร่วมกับทีมเชฟโจ้ The Kinopolis และพวกเราที่กราน-มอนเต้ นำเสนอไวน์ไทยแท้จากเขาใหญ่มาช่วยเติมเต็มทุกจาน ให้ทุกรสชาติสมบูรณ์
พร้อมเปิดตัวโปรเจค Wine Puen คอลเลคชั่นไวน์พิเศษจากเพื่อนๆ ทั่วโลก ของกราน-มอนเต้ 🍷

The most memorable meals are created not only by technique or premium ingredients alone, but also by the people and stories behind every dish.
This time, Serpens invites you to a special evening born from the gathering of friends from different journeys in food and wine: “9 Moments on the Table,” a 9-course dining experience reflecting the memories, inspirations, and personalities of each creator.
Crafted by Chef Phu - Puripat Wutthiphatthanon from Serpens, in collaboration with Chef Joe’s team from The Kinopolis, together with us at GranMonte bringing to the table Thailand’s most iconic wines from Khao Yai. Each wine has been thoughtfully selected to complement every course and elevate every flavor to its fullest expression.
This night will also unveil to the diners our newest project, Wine Puen -- a special wine collection curated by GranMonte, to present unique and unexpected wines by winemaker friends from around the world.
We invite all to share this moment where friends gather around the same table, sharing stories through food, wine, and conversation.
