การขยายความแต่ละส่วน:
1. When (เมื่อไร):
- Specific time frame: "When did the automotive industry in Thailand start introducing hybrid technology?"
- Additional question: "Were there any significant events or policies that accelerated this adoption?"
2. What (อะไร):
- Clear subject: "Hybrid technology"

3. Where (ที่ไหน):
