💔 Farewell to our dear Nam Oi... 🕊️
It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the passing of our beloved elephant, Nam Oi.
Last month, she visited the vet due to an eye injury. Recently, she became too weak to lift herself up, requiring a crane to assist her. At her advanced age, her liver and kidneys had begun to fail, and she ultimately closed her eyes for the last time.
While everyone at Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary is heartbroken by this great loss, we are deeply grateful to have had the honor of caring for Nam Oi during the final chapter of her life. We take comfort in knowing she spent her last days surrounded by love and peace. 🤍
Thank you to everyone who has loved and supported her throughout her journey. Rest well, sweet girl. 🐘✨
