Documents include:
1. Application form for certification of qualifications.
2. Copy of certificate of education degree, and previous qualifications (if any).
3. Copy of transcript of education degree, and previous qualifications (if any).
4. If the document is not in Thai or English, it must be translated before submitting the document.
Both the original language and the translated language must be submitted (the translator
must be a government agency or university only).
5. Copy of passport. ***For Thai nationals, attach a copy of the ID card instead of the passport***
6. Copy of work permit and valid pages.
7. Copy of visa pages.
8. Graduation verification letter from educational institutions or professional organizations abroad, sent via email to the Teachers Council or sent as a sealed envelope (according to the guideline in article 4.3).
9. Copy of course description of educational degree issued by the university. (Not transcript)
10. Equivalency qualification letter of educational degree from the ministry of higher education.
11. Copy of teaching license form aboard that still valid (if any)
12. Copy of High School Transcript needed for Ministry of Higher Education as required in Certificate of Equivalency
