✅✅ DO: ทำแบบนี้...ปลอดภัยชัวร์
🌟 ใช้ ภาพวาด, ไดอะแกรม, หรือภาพจำลองแทนภาพจริงที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนสูง
เพื่อป้องกันการตีความเนื้อหาดังกล่าวว่าขัดต่อนโยบาย
🌟 ถ้าต้องใช้ภาพจริง ต้องเบลอหรือปกปิดข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมด ก่อนนำไปใช้
เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย พ.ร.บ.ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

🤖 How to Use AI Safely & Stay PDPA Compliant 🤖
Using AI to help with work or studies is common these days, but doing it without care can lead to "trouble"—like data leaks or getting banned from platforms. Today, the Information Management Unit (IMU) has summarized some simple Do’s and Don’ts for you to use AI safely and professionally.

✅✅ DO: Play it Safe!
🌟 Use illustrations or diagrams: Instead of using sensitive real-life photos, try using drawings, diagrams, or simulations. This prevents the AI from flagging your content as a policy violation.
🌟 Blur personal info: If you absolutely must use a real photo, make sure to blur or hide all personal data before uploading it to stay compliant with PDPA laws.
🌟 Stick to text for high-risk data: If you need AI to analyze sensitive information, it is much safer to provide it as text-based data rather than uploading files. This significantly reduces the risk of mishandling sensitive details.

❌❌ DON’T: Avoid these risks‼️
🔞 Never upload explicit or violent content: Do not upload photos or videos that could be interpreted as nudity or violence. Even if it is for medical or research purposes, the system’s automated tools might ban your account and damage your credibility.
📵 Don’t share identifiable data: Avoid uploading anything that can identify a real person, such as clear faces, medical history, or private personal records. Doing so violates PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
📵 Avoid sending sensitive files for analysis: Do not send sensitive image or video files for AI to summarize or analyze. There is a high risk of data leaks, or the AI might misinterpret the content entirely.

📣📣 มาทำความรู้จัก NotebookLM ที่จะยกระดับการเรียนรู้ของคุณให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ‼️

💻 NotebookLM คือ เครื่องมืออัจฉริยะจาก Google ที่ใช้ AI (Gemini) มาช่วยในการสรุปและยกระดับการเรียนรู้ข้อมูล ให้รวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น, โดยผู้ใช้งานสามารถนำข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ ใส่เข้าไป เพื่อให้ AI ช่วยวิเคราะห์ ตอบคำถาม และสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบที่หลากหลายได้ทันทีเพียงแค่มีบัญชี Gmail

🗝️ การใช้งาน NotebookLM สามารถแบ่งออกเป็นส่วนหลักๆ และมีรูปแบบการใช้งานดังนี้:

1️⃣ การจัดการแหล่งข้อมูล (Source)
คุณสามารถนำข้อมูลที่คุณต้องการเรียนรู้ใส่เข้าไปในระบบได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ เพื่อให้ AI ใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลเฉพาะสำหรับคุณ:
• ประเภทไฟล์ที่รองรับ: รองรับทั้งไฟล์ PDF, ข้อความ (Text), Markdown และล่าสุดรองรับไฟล์ Microsoft Office (.docx)
• การเชื่อมต่อ: สามารถดึงไฟล์จาก Google Drive หรือใส่ URL ของเว็บไซต์ที่ต้องการได้โดยตรง
• Deep Research (ฟีเจอร์ใหม่): เป็นระบบการค้นหาเชิงลึกที่ AI จะไปรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ ประมาณ 20-30 แหล่งมาสรุปให้ และคุณสามารถ Import แหล่งข้อมูลเหล่านั้นกลับเข้ามาเป็น Source เพื่อศึกษาต่อได้ทันที
• ข้อมูลในอนาคต: จะมีการรองรับการเชื่อมต่อกับ Google Sheet, การใส่ URL ของ Google Doc โดยตรง และที่น่าสนใจที่สุดคือการรองรับ
• โน้ตที่เขียนด้วยลายมือ (Handwritten Notes) ซึ่ง AI จะช่วยอ่านและแปลงเป็นข้อมูลให้

2️⃣ การเรียนรู้และโต้ตอบ (Chat & Summary)
เมื่อใส่ข้อมูลแล้ว พื้นที่ส่วนกลางของหน้าจอจะเป็นจุดที่คุณสามารถมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับข้อมูลได้:
• การถาม-ตอบ: คุณสามารถพิมพ์คำถามเจาะจงเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาใน Source ได้เหมือนการแชทกับ AI ปกติ แต่คำตอบจะอ้างอิงจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่คุณใส่เข้าไปเท่านั้น
• การสรุปข้อมูล: สั่งให้ AI สรุปเนื้อหาในรูปแบบที่ต้องการ เช่น สรุปสั้นๆ เพียง 2 ประโยค หรือสรุปความแตกต่างของหัวข้อต่างๆ
• การอ้างอิง: ระบบจะมีการทำเครื่องหมาย (Citation) บอกชัดเจนว่าข้อมูลที่ตอบมานั้นนำมาจากแหล่งข้อมูลส่วนใด ทำให้สามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องได้รวดเร็ว

3️⃣ การสร้างสื่อการเรียนรู้ผ่าน Studio
ฟีเจอร์ในส่วน Studio (ด้านขวาสุดของหน้าจอ) ช่วยเปลี่ยนข้อมูลดิบให้เป็นสื่อที่เข้าใจง่ายขึ้น:
• Audio Overview & Podcast: สร้างบทสนทนาจำลองระหว่างคนสองคนเพื่ออธิบายเนื้อหา โดยมีโหมดใหม่ๆ เช่น Critique (วิจารณ์เพื่อเสนอแนะ) หรือ Debate (ถกเถียงสองมุมมอง)

Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is urgently accepting donations of essential items and food supplies to support those affected by the recent floods in southern Thailand.

Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is urgently accepting donations of essential items and food supplies to support those affected by the recent floods in southern Thailand.

📌Items Needed Most:
- Fresh ingredients for meal preparation, especially eggs
- Dry and non-perishable foods for relief kits, such as rice, instant noodles, canned food, milk, snacks, drinking water, basic medicines, etc.
