🛂🌏 อัปเดตมาตรการยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราและการตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต (VoA) ของประเทศไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๙
📌 มีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑๕ กันยายน ๒๕๖๙ เป็นต้นไป
สำหรับผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทางธรรมดา
สรุปมาตรการสำคัญ
✅ ยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว พำนักได้ไม่เกิน ๓๐ วัน จำนวน ๖๐ ประเทศ/ดินแดน
✅ ยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราตามความตกลงทวิภาคี พำนักได้ ๑๔ วัน ๓๐ วัน หรือ ๙๐ วัน ตามสัญชาติและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
✅ ยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว พำนักได้ไม่เกิน ๑๕ วัน จำนวน ๒ ประเทศ ได้แก่ เซเชลส์และมอริเชียส
✅ การตรวจลงตรา ณ ช่องทางอนุญาต (VoA) จำนวน ๓ ประเทศ ได้แก่ อาเซอร์ไบจาน เบลารุส และเซอร์เบีย ค่าธรรมเนียม ๒,๐๐๐ บาท
⚠️ การเดินทางเข้าทางด่านพรมแดนทางบกด้วยสิทธิยกเว้นการตรวจลงตราเพื่อการท่องเที่ยว ๓๐ วัน สามารถใช้สิทธิได้ไม่เกิน ๒ ครั้งต่อปีปฏิทิน ยกเว้นคนสัญชาติมาเลเซีย บรูไน อินโดนีเซีย สิงคโปร์ และสัญชาติอื่นตามที่กำหนด
โปรดตรวจสอบรายชื่อประเทศ ระยะเวลาพำนัก และเงื่อนไขจากอินโฟกราฟิกประกอบ ทั้งนี้ การอนุญาตให้เดินทางเข้าและระยะเวลาพำนักเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและการพิจารณาของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมือง

🛂🌏 Update on Thailand’s Visa Exemption and Visa on Arrival (VoA) Measures 2026
📌 Effective from 15 September 2026
For ordinary passport holders
Key measures
✅ A 30-day visa exemption for tourism for 60 countries and territories.
✅ Bilateral visa exemption agreements allowing stays of 14, 30 or 90 days, depending on nationality and applicable conditions.
✅ A 15-day visa exemption for tourism for 2 countries: Seychelles and Mauritius.
✅ Visa on Arrival (VoA) for 3 countries: Azerbaijan, Belarus and Serbia. The fee is THB 2,000.
⚠️ Entry through land-border checkpoints under the 30-day tourism visa-exemption scheme is limited to twice per calendar year. This restriction does not apply to nationals of Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore, or other nationalities as prescribed.
Please refer to the infographic for the list of eligible countries, permitted periods of stay and applicable conditions. Entry and the permitted period of stay remain subject to immigration laws and the discretion of the immigration officer.
