วันศุกร์ที่ 19 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. – สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ ร่วมกับ บริษัท Foxit ICTgoworld จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ "การใช้งาน Foxit PDF Editor AI เพื่อการทำงาน" โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ คณาจารย์และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏราชนครินทร์ เพื่อมุ่งเน้นการยกระดับทักษะด้านดิจิทัลและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน

การอบรมในครั้งนี้ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการเอกสารดิจิทัลในยุคปัจจุบัน โดยนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เข้ามาช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและลดระยะเวลาในการทำงาน ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจะได้เรียนรู้ฟังก์ชันที่น่าสนใจมากมาย เช่น
✅ การสรุปใจความสำคัญจากเอกสาร (Document Summarization): ช่วยให้ทำความเข้าใจเนื้อหาที่ยาวและซับซ้อนได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

Friday, June 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM – The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology (OARIT), Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, in collaboration with Foxit ICTgoworld, organized a workshop on the topic "Utilizing Foxit PDF Editor AI for Work." The training targeted faculty members and personnel of Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University, with the primary objective of elevating digital skills and enhancing operational efficiency.

This training focused on developing modern digital document management skills by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to facilitate workflows and reduce processing time. Participants were introduced to various notable functions, including:

✅ Document Summarization: Enables quick comprehension of lengthy and complex content.
✅ Smart Text Editing: Allows for seamless modification, addition, or formatting of text within PDF files, functioning as intuitively as standard word processing software.
✅ Translation: Eliminates language barriers with built-in document translation capabilities.
✅ Format Conversion: Accurately converts PDF files into Microsoft Office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) while strictly preserving the original layout.

Workshop : Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI for Personnel of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology

On Friday, June 19, 2026, from 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology organized a workshop titled "Enhancing Work Efficiency with AI" for the personnel of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University.

The session focused on the topic of "Media Production, Innovation, and Public Relations (Creative & Content)." The training covered a comprehensive range of subjects, including:
✅ Prompt writing techniques for creating public relations (PR) media.
✅ Appropriate media dimensions for various digital platforms.
✅ Practical examples of integrating PR media into routine operations.
✅ A summary of image and video generation quotas across different AI platforms.
✅ Techniques for summarizing extensive content to develop PR materials.
✅ The creation of short promotional videos for the organization using AI tools, namely: Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Flow.

The workshop was conducted by a team of Computer Technical Officers who served as guest speakers for the event: Ms. Chanitsiree Phongoen, Mr. Thanon Harikanbanchon, Mr. Mai Detudom, and Mr. Pornsak Wetchacharoen. The training took place at Computer Laboratory 900, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University. 👩🏼‍💻✍🏼📈
