ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อสันติภาพกรมยุทธการทหาร กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ส่งกำลังพลเข้าร่วมการประชุม สตรีสันติภาพ และความมั่นคงภายใต้หัวข้อ "ลงทุนเพื่อสันติภาพ เสริมพลังสตรีจากผู้สร้างสันติภาพสู่ผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสันติภาพ" ณ รร.พูลแมน วันที่ 17 ส.ค. 69 0900~1630 น. จัดโดย UNWOMEN ร่วมกับ กระทรวงพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ กระทรวงมหาดไทย รวมถึง องค์กรภาคประชาสังคม

พร้อมรับมือทุกความท้าทาย เพื่อสันติภาพที่ยั่งยืน 🌍🕊️

ภาพบรรยากาศการเสวนา (Panel Discussion) ในหัวข้อ "การปรับตัวของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อสันติภาพต่อภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ เทคโนโลยี และข้อจำกัดด้านทรัพยากร ตลอดจนโอกาสในการฝึกร่วมและสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรระดับภูมิภาคของ UN" ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญของการฝึกร่วมด้านการรักษาสันติภาพนานาชาติ Pirab-Jabiru 2026

การเสวนาครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้อำนวยการและผู้แทนจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อสันติภาพ (ศสภ.) ของ 5 ประเทศมิตรประเทศ มาร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์และประสบการณ์ เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการรักษาสันติภาพระดับสากล ได้แก่:
1. พล.ร.ต. ภูวดล วรสินธุ์ (ผอ.ศสภ.ยก.ทหาร)
2. พ.ท. Mike Webbe (ผอ.ศสภ. ออสเตรเลีย)

Adapting to the Future of Peacekeeping 🌍🕊️

A compelling panel discussion took place as part of the Pirab-Jabiru 2026 Peacekeeping Exercise, focusing on "How Peace Operations Centres adapt to Emerging Threats, New Technology, and Resource constraints, and on UN regional training opportunities and partnerships."

We were deeply honored to host a distinguished panel of leaders and representatives from Peace Operations Centres (POC) across the globe to share their invaluable insights and strategies for strengthening international peace and security.

🤝 The final Syndicate Discussion marked the conclusion of an inspiring journey of learning, collaboration, and shared experiences at PIRAP-JABIRU 2026.

Together, participants exchanged ideas, reflected on key lessons, and strengthened friendships that extend beyond borders. The training may have come to an end, but the connections, knowledge, and commitment to peace will continue to inspire the future.

การประชุมกลุ่มครั้งสุดท้ายของ PIRAB-JABIRU 2026 เป็นช่วงเวลาแห่งการสรุปบทเรียน แลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง และสะท้อนประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับตลอดการฝึก

แม้การฝึกจะสิ้นสุดลง แต่ความรู้ มิตรภาพ และความร่วมมือที่เกิดขึ้น จะยังคงเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการสร้างสันติภาพในวันข้างหน้า

📢 In today’s digital landscape, misinformation, disinformation, and hate speech have become increasingly sophisticated threats that can undermine public trust, fuel conflict, and negatively impact peace and security.

As part of PIRAP-JABIRU 2026, participants attended a keynote lecture on “Misinformation, Disinformation and Hate Speech (MDH)” delivered by Dr. Maurizio Carmini, Chief of the Security and Safety Section (SSS), United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS), UNESCAP.

The session highlighted the evolving information environment, the impact of false narratives and online hate speech on peace and security, and the importance of critical thinking, media literacy, and international cooperation in strengthening resilience against information threats.

ในยุคที่ข้อมูลข่าวสารแพร่กระจายอย่างรวดเร็ว ข้อมูลที่บิดเบือน ข่าวปลอม และวาทกรรมสร้างความเกลียดชัง ได้กลายเป็นภัยคุกคามที่ซับซ้อน ซึ่งอาจบั่นทอนความเชื่อมั่นของสังคม จุดชนวนความขัดแย้ง และส่งผลกระทบต่อสันติภาพและความมั่นคง

ในการฝึกร่วมผสม PIRAB-JABIRU 2026 ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับฟังการบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ “Misinformation, Disinformation and Hate Speech (MDH)” โดย Dr. Maurizio Carmini หัวหน้าฝ่ายความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัย (Chief, Security and Safety Section: SSS) สังกัด United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) ประจำ UNESCAP
