การสัมมนาวิชาการ World Bank & SAO Seminar Series 3 หัวข้อ การตรวจสอบโครงการที่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน (Donor Funded Project Audits) ณ สำนักงานธนาคารโลกประจำประเทศไทย
วันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 14.00–16.00 น. ธนาคารโลกร่วมกับสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน จัดการสัมมนาวิชาการ World Bank & SAO Seminar Series ครั้งที่ 3 ภายใต้หัวข้อ “การตรวจสอบโครงการที่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน” (Donor Funded Project Audits) ณ สำนักงานธนาคารโลกประจำประเทศไทย
การสัมมนาครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Ms. Melinda Good, Division Director ผู้แทนธนาคารโลก และ นางสาวสุนิตา เจริญศิลป์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักวิชาการและให้คำปรึกษาการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาและกล่าวเปิดงาน
การสัมมนาดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดและแนวปฏิบัติสากลในการตรวจสอบโครงการที่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน ตลอดจนพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการตรวจสอบให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างธนาคารโลกกับสำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน
การสัมมนามีผู้เข้าร่วมทั้งในรูปแบบ onsite และ online รวมจำนวน 57 คน โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากธนาคารโลก ธนาคารพัฒนาเอเชีย องค์กรตรวจเงินแผ่นดินอินโดนีเซีย ร่วมแบ่งปันองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ใน 2 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่
ข้อกำหนดของธนาคารโลกและธนาคารพัฒนาเอเชียสำหรับการตรวจสอบโครงการที่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน (Requirements for Project Audits)
การแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีจากองค์กรตรวจเงินแผ่นดินอินโดนีเซียและฟิลิปปินส์ (Good Practice Sharing)
ในการนี้ Ms. Patricia McKenzie, Practice Manager, Financial Management, World Bank ได้กล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการตรวจสอบโครงการที่ได้รับเงินสนับสนุน จากนั้น นางสาวภัทราพร เผือกประพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการกลุ่ม สำนักตรวจเงินแผ่นดินที่ 3 ได้กล่าวขอบคุณธนาคารโลกและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ให้การสนับสนุนการจัดสัมมนาครั้งนี้

On 21 May 2026, the World Bank and the State Audit Office of the Kingdom of Thailand (SAO) jointly organized the third session of the World Bank & SAO Seminar Series under the theme “Donor Funded Project Audits” at the World Bank Office in Thailand.
The seminar was honored by the presence of Ms. Melinda Good, Division Director, World Bank, and Ms. Sunita Charounsilpa, Director of the State Audit Academic and Advisory Office, who delivered welcoming and opening remarks.
The seminar aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of international requirements and good practices for auditing donor-funded projects. It also sought to strengthen audit capacity in line with international standards and further promote academic cooperation between the World Bank and the State Audit Office of the Kingdom of Thailand.
The seminar was attended by a total of 57 participants, both onsite and online. Expert speakers from the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia shared their knowledge and experiences on two key topics:
Requirements of the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank for Project Audits
Good Practice Sharing from the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia and the Commission on Audit of the Philippines
On this occasion, Ms. Patricia McKenzie, Practice Manager, Financial Management, World Bank, highlighted the importance of donor-funded project audits. At the conclusion of the seminar, Ms. Patthraporn Phuagpraphat, Division Director of Financial Audit Office No. 3, delivered closing remarks and expressed appreciation to the World Bank and all relevant parties for their valuable support in organizing this seminar.
