“สถาบันวิทยาการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ (TGO Climate Action Academy)” หรือคำย่อว่า CAA ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ TGO สังกัดกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ในปี พ.ศ.2564 ให้เป็นศูนย์กลางองค์ความรู้ การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารและสารสนเทศ ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศของประเทศไทยและในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน (ASEAN)
CAA ได
้สร้างสรรค์หลักสูตรที่เหมาะสม ครอบคลุมผู้บริหารระดับสูงของประเทศและองค์กร ภาคการเมือง ข้าราชการ นักวิจัย นักวิชาการ นิสิต นักศึกษา องค์กรเอกชน องค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหาร นักธุรกิจ บุคลากรด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ สิ่งแวดล้อม ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ พลังงาน หรือด้านอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งไทยและอาเซียน เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผู้นำทางความคิดจากองค์กรต่างๆ ร่วมผลักดันแนวความคิดการสร้างสังคมคาร์บอนต่ำไปด้วยกัน
TGO Climate Action Academy or CAA founded in 2021 by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment with the objective to be the center of knowledge, capacity development, and dissemination of climate change information in Thailand and ASEAN countries. CAA has created suitable courses covering national and corporate executives, political sector, public officers, researchers, academics, students, NGOs, local administrative organizations, executives, businessmen, climate change relatedpersonnel, natural resources and environment, energy or other aspects of both Thailand and ASEAN to create a network from various organizations to build a low-carbon society together.
