อีสุกอีใส... ติดง่ายกว่าที่คิด 🤒 รู้ทันอาการและการป้องกัน เพื่อสุขภาพที่ดีของทุกคนในครอบครัว
🥳 โรคอีสุกอีใส (Chickenpox) เกิดจากการติดเชื้อไวรัส Varicella-zoster แม้จะพบบ่อยในเด็ก แต่ความจริงแล้วสามารถเป็นได้ทุกวัยครับ
🚨 เช็กอาการสักนิด 🚨
✅ระยะเริ่มต้น : มีไข้ต่ำ ปวดหัว อ่อนเพลีย เบื่ออาหาร
✅ระยะผื่นและตุ่มน้ำ : เริ่มมีผื่นแดงตามตัวและใบหน้า ก่อนจะกลายเป็นตุ่มนูนและตุ่มน้ำใสที่มีอาการคันมาก
✅ระยะตกสะเก็ด : ตุ่มน้ำจะค่อยๆ แห้งเป็นสะเก็ดและหายภายใน 5-20 วัน
🛡️ ป้องกันได้อย่างไร?
✅ฉีดวัคซีนป้องกัน
✅หลีกเลี่ยงการใกล้ชิดกับผู้ป่วย
✅ไม่ใช้ของส่วนตัวร่วมกับผู้อื่น
🚩 สัญญาณอันตรายที่ต้องรีบพบแพทย์ : หากมีไข้สูงต่อเนื่อง ผื่นบวมแดงเป็นหนอง หรือหายใจลำบาก

Chickenpox: It’s more contagious than you think 🤒 Stay informed on symptoms and prevention for your family’s safety.
Chickenpox is caused by the Varicella-zoster virus. While common in children, it can affect people of all ages.
🚨 Symptoms to watch for:
✅Early stage: Mild fever, headache, fatigue, and loss of appetite.
✅Rash & Blisters: Red spots appearing on the face and body, developing into itchy, fluid-filled blisters.
✅Scabbing stage: Blisters dry up and form scabs, typically healing within 5-20 days.
🛡️ How to prevent it:
✅Get vaccinated.
✅Avoid close contact with infected individuals.
✅Do not share personal items (towels, clothes, etc.).
🚩 Warning Signs: If you experience a persistent high fever, pus-filled or inflamed rashes, or difficulty breathing, see a doctor immediately.
