👉👉👉 Dr. Krit Iemthanont (Ph.D.), Director of the Center for Agricultural Information, has assigned officials from the Horticultural Crop Information Division and the Information Technology Division to conduct field operations in Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Ubon Ratchathani, and surrounding areas from 31 August to 5 September 2026.
The field operations are being undertaken to monitor and evaluate the implementation of activities, compile operational results, identify challenges and obstacles, and gather recommendations for Fiscal Year 2026. The mission also aims to develop approaches for the collection and management of agricultural commodity production data for Fiscal Year 2027, in collaboration with the Agricultural Information Divisions of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Offices 3, 4, 5, and 11.

The initiative is intended to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of agricultural production data, ensuring that reliable information is available for use in agricultural policy planning, resource management, and decision-making. Strengthening the quality and accessibility of agricultural information will contribute to more effective planning and management of the agricultural sector and support informed decision-making at both the regional and national levels.

ในการดำเนินงานสำรวจในครั้งนี้ มีการจัดเก็บค่าข้อมูลการเจริญเติบโตของข้าวที่คาดว่าจะมีความสำคัญในเชิงการพัฒนาของต้นข้าวและผลผลิตข้าว โดยมีการวัดข้อมูลที่สำคัญที่นำมาหาความสัมพันธ์กับข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมได้ เช่น ค่าความหนาแน่นของต้นข้าว ความลึกของน้ำ ความสูงของต้นข้าว ค่าพื้นที่ผิวใบ (Leaf Area Index: LAI) ค่าปริมาณคลอโรฟิลด์ (Chlorophyll Contents) ค่าการสะท้อนแสง (Reflectance) ด้วยเครื่อง Spectroradiometer สำหรับงานสำรวจระยะไกล (Remote Sensing) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการสะท้อนแสงในช่วง Blue-Green-Red-Near Infrared กับย่านความยาวคลื่นของภาพถ่ายดาวเทียมในระบบ Optical Sensor คือ ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม Sentinel-2 เพื่อจำแนกตามรายพันธุ์ ค่าความชื้นของข้าว และค่าผลผลิตต่อไร่ โดยในการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ประสบปัญหาเมฆฝนที่กระจายอยู่ทั่วพื้นที่ ข้อมูลการเจริญเติบโตของข้าวจะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม กำหนดใช้ดาวเทียมระบบเรดาห์ช่องเปิดสังเคราะห์ (Synthetic Aperture Radar: SAR) ได้แก่ ภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม Sentinel-1 เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาแบบจำลองการพยากรณ์ผลผลิตข้าวในพื้นที่ ต่อไป 📌📌📌

🎯🎯During 17 - 28 August 2026, ✅️✅️✅️ Dr. Krit Iemthanon (Ph.D.), Director of Center for Agricultural Information (CAI) has an assignment to the staffs of Agricultural Geo-Information (GI) Division for field survey in Phichit province. The objective of this activity is supporting the “Applying Geo-Informatics for Agricultural Yield Forecasts and Spatial Data Management” under the project of “Enhancing the efficiency of agricultural information preparation and big data management” in 2026 fiscal year.
The commodity is defined in the wet season rice in 2026 in Phichit provinces is 40 sample units. The growth stage is defined in 1 main growth stages: harvesting. This field survey is collecting several of rice biophysical variables, which are related to the satellite images, are consisted of rice density, water depth, rice height, leaf area index (LAI), chlorophyll contents, reflectance with spectroradiometer for remote sensing, which is relevant with Blue-Green-Red-Near Infrared corresponded with optical wavelengths (classified with rice variety), and rice yield. This operation was hampered by scattered clouds throughout the area. Consequently, these rice biophysical variables analyze their relationships in terms of the Pearson correlation and develop linear regression model according to satellite imageries on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR: Sentinel-1) sensor. 📌📌📌

✅️✅️ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์สารสนเทศการเกษตร ดร.กฤช เอี่ยมฐานนท์ มอบหมายให้ส่วนภูมิสารสนเทศการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจเพื่อจัดเก็บค่าพิกัด สำหรับใช้ประกอบการแปลวิเคราะห์เนื้อที่ยืนต้นปาล์มน้ำมัน ปี 2569 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และชุมพร ซึ่งเป็นเขตพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 8 ⏰️⏰️ระหว่างวันที่ 13 – 22 สิงหาคม 2569 รวม 10 วัน จำนวน 64 ตัวอย่าง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก เพื่อจัดเก็บค่าพิกัดภูมิศาสตร์ (Coordinates) เพื่อใช้ในการแปลวิเคราะห์เนื้อที่ยืนต้นปาล์มน้ำมัน ปี 2569 ในการสนับสนุนการจัดทำข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ให้มีถูกต้องความแม่นยำมากยิ่งขึ้นจากการลงสำรวจในพื้นที่ และจากการสอบถามเกษตรกรเจ้าของแปลง อ้างอิงจากข้อมูลของผลการแปลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม Sentinel-2 พบว่า พื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่ปลูกปาล์มน้ำมัน มีบางพื้นที่ที่เริ่มมีการปลูกใหม่ ส่วนเป็นพื้นที่ที่ไม่ใช่ปาล์มน้ำมันจะเป็นพื้นที่ปลูกมะพร้าว ทุเรียน และไม้ผลผสม ช่วงอายุของปาล์มน้ำมันที่พบส่วนใหญ่ในพื้นที่ มีอายุระหว่าง 3 - 20 ปี จากการสอบถามข้อมูลเนื้อที่ยืนต้น และผลผลิตจากเกษตรกรเจ้าของแปลง พบว่า มีการเก็บผลผลิตปาล์มน้ำมันทุกๆ 20 วัน โดยผลผลิตที่เก็บเกี่ยวของจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี นำไปขายที่จุดรับซื้อในบริเวณใกล้แหล่งเพาะปลูก ราคาที่เกษตรกรขายผลผลิตปาล์มน้ำมันในช่วงต้นเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 ราคา 7.80 – 9 บาท ต่อกิโลกรัม📌📌

✅️✅️Center of Agricultural Information have an assignment to the Division of Agricultural Geo-Informatics (GI) on oil palm field survey ⏰️⏰️during 13 – 22th August 2026. The main objective of this field survey is collecting the oil palm coordinates with amount 64 sample plots for oil palm 2026 classification with moderate satellite imageries to support the preparation of spatial data with higher accuracy and correctness.
According to field surveys locates in Suratthani and Chumporn province, which are responsibility by Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 8 Additionally, the GI staffs have been interviewed farmers to gain the information on oil palm planting and production situations. The majority areas are still planting oil palm; however, there are some areas replanting for non-oil palm area instead dedicated to coconut, durian, and mixed fruit orchards.The age of oil palms between 3 to 20 years.
