The Strategic Role of ADR” โดยมี นายปิยะศิริ วัฒนวรางกูร ปลัดกระทรวงยุติธรรม เป็นประธานเปิดงาน และ นายสุริยพงศ์ ทับทิมแท้ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน ณ โรงแรมพูลแมน คิง เพาเวอร์ กรุงเทพฯ ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.ศุภชัย พานิชภักดิ์ Former UNCTAD Secretary-General and WTO Director-General กล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษ พร้อมด้วย Justice Dato Mary Lim Thiam Suan President of the AIAC Court, AIAC, Gloria Lim, CEO, SIAC, Joanne Lau, Secretary General, HKIAC, Nicky Balani,
Deputy Managing Director of Arbitration and Mediation,THAC ตัวแทนจากศูนย์การระงับข้อพิพาทชั้นนำทั้งในไทยและต่างประเทศร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวทางการพัฒนาการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือก นอกจากนี้ ยังมีวิทยากรและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำ ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และมุมมองในประเด็นการเตรียมความพร้อมของประเทศไทยสู่ OECD การจัดงานครั้งนี้มีขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกในระดับสากล พร้อมส่งเสริมการพัฒนากระบวนการยุติธรรมให้มีความรวดเร็ว
มีประสิทธิภาพ คาดการณ์ได้ และสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่มาตรฐาน OECD โดยมุ่งยกระดับบทบาทของ ADR ในการสนับสนุนระบบยุติธรรมและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของประเทศไทยในเวทีระหว่างประเทศ

THAC Holds Thailand ADR Conference 2026: “OECD Readiness through Predictable Justice – The Strategic Role of ADR”
On 2 September 2026, the Thailand Arbitration Center, Ministry of Justice, held the Thailand ADR Conference 2026: “OECD Readiness through Predictable Justice The Strategic Role of ADR,” with Mr. Piyasiri Wattanavarangkul, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Thailand, presiding over the opening ceremony, and Mr. Suriyapong Tubtimtae, Managing Director of THAC, delivering the report on the objectives of the event at Pullman Bangkok King Power Hotel.
The event was honored by Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, Former UNCTAD Secretary-General and WTO Director-General, who delivered a special keynote address. The event was also attended by Justice Dato Mary Lim Thiam Suan, President of the AIAC Court, AIAC; Gloria Lim, CEO, SIAC; Joanne Lau, Secretary General, HKIAC and Nicky Balani, Deputy Managing Director of Arbitration and Mediation, THAC; representatives from leading dispute resolution centers in Thailand and abroad, who shared their experiences and approaches to the development of alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, speakers and experts from government agencies and leading academic institutions shared knowledge and perspectives on Thailand’s preparation for OECD accession.
The event was organized as a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences in alternative dispute resolution at the international level, while promoting the development of a justice system that is prompt, efficient, predictable, and aligned with the approach to preparing for OECD standards. It aimed to enhance the role of ADR in supporting the justice system and strengthening Thailand’s competitiveness on the international stage.
