ในโอกาสนี้ และสมาคมฝรั่งเศสกรุงเทพ ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตและสถาบันด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมของ ประเทศสมาชิกสหภาพยุโรป ขอเชิญทุกท่านมาร่วมงาน "จิบกาแฟสนทนาภาษายุโรป" (European Languages Café) ☕

คุณจะได้พบปะกับเจ้าของภาษาจากหลากหลายประเทศสมาชิกสหภาพยุโรป ผ่านโต๊ะกิจกรรมของแต่ละประเทศ คุณจะได้เรียนรู้คำศัพท์และวลีใหม่ๆ เล่นเกมส์สนุกๆ ร่วมตอบคำถาม และจิบกาแฟด้วยกัน

and Alliance Française Bangkok, along with EU Member States embassies and cultural institutes invite you to the European Languages Café. ☕

Heads of missions annual meeting in Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮 (in English below)

กลุ่มหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนทางการทูตของฟินแลนด์ประจำต่างประเทศและผู้นำด้านนโยบายต่างประเทศ ซึ่งรวมถึงนาง Kristiina Kuvaja เอกอัครราชทูตฟินแลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมประจำปีของหัวหน้าคณะผู้แทนทางการทูต ประจำปี 2026 ณ กรุงเฮลซิงกิ เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา 🇫🇮🌍

ในการประชุมดังกล่าว ประธานาธิบดี Alexander Stubb นายกรัฐมนตรี Petteri Orpo และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ Elina Valtonen ได้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์โดยเน้นย้ำถึงจุดยืนและอิทธิพลของฟินแลนด์บนเวทีโลก นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้หารือเกี่ยวกับประเด็นสำคัญด้านนโยบายต่างประเทศและความมั่นคงที่เป็นที่สนใจในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงพิจารณาถึงผลกระทบและโอกาสที่ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มีผลต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ

Heads of Finland’s missions abroad and foreign policy leaders including Finnish Ambassador to Thailand, Kristiina Kuvaja gathered at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Heads of Mission in Helsinki last week. 🇫🇮🌍

During the annual meeting, President Alexander Stubb, Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, and Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen delivered speeches emphasizing Finland’s position and influence on the global stage. This year’s meeting discussed topical foreign and security policy issues and explored the implications and opportunities of artificial intelligence for international relations.

🇫🇮💙 สถานทูตฟินแลนด์ประจำประเทศไทยมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เข้าร่วมงาน Finnair Southern Agent Partner Seminar ที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต และนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประเทศฟินแลนด์ในฐานะจุดหมายปลายทางด้านการท่องเที่ยวที่น่าประทับใจ

จากธรรมชาติอันงดงาม เมืองที่มีชีวิตชีวา ไปจนถึงประสบการณ์อันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ในทุกฤดูกาล เรารู้สึกยินดีที่ได้สร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่บริษัททัวร์จากภูเก็ตและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดสำหรับการวางแผนการเดินทางครั้งต่อไปของลูกค้าไปยังฟินแลนด์ ✨

From our breathtaking nature and vibrant cities to unique experiences in every season, it was a pleasure to inspire travel agents from Phuket and nearby provinces and share ideas for their customers’ next journey to Finland. 🇫🇮✨

The Embassy participated as a guest speaker alongside the airport team, as part of a programme that also featured Finnair’s latest product and ticketing updates.

🌉Kruunuvuorensilta คือสะพานที่มีความยาวกว่าหนึ่งกิโลเมตร และถือเป็นสะพานที่ยาวที่สุดในประเทศฟินแลนด์ (in English below)

สะพานแห่งนี้เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการก้าวไปสู่ระบบการสัญจรที่คล่องตัวและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เมืองเฮลซิงกิมุ่งมั่นผลักดันมาตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา เมืองเฮลซิงกิตั้งเป้าที่จะดึงดูดให้ผู้คนหันมาใช้ระบบขนส่งสาธารณะและจักรยานแทนการใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวด้วยสะพานสำหรับคนเดินเท้าแห่งนี้ โดยเมืองเฮลซิงกิได้ลงทุนงบประมาณ 130 ล้านยูโรในการก่อสร้าง และมีกำหนดเปิดให้บริการสำหรับรถรางอย่างเป็นทางการในปี ค.ศ. 2027 ทั้งนี้ สะพานดังกล่าวได้รับการออกแบบให้มีอายุการใช้งานยาวนานถึง 200 ปี

🌉Kruunuvuorensilta, at over a kilometer long, is the longest bridge in Finland.

The bridge symbolizes the transition to greater mobility that the city has been determinedly pursuing for several years. With this pedestrian bridge, the city aims to attract more people who choose public transport and bicycles instead of cars. The city has invested 130 million euros in its construction. It will also be officially opened to trams in 2027. The bridge is designed to have a lifespan of 200 years.

🏡 Finnish Mökki (ม็อกกี้) – นิยามแห่งความสุขของชาวฟินแลนด์ (in English below)

หากลองถามชาวฟินแลนด์ว่าพวกเขาพบความสุขที่สุดที่ไหน คนส่วนใหญ่จะตอบทันทีโดยไม่ลังเลเลยว่า: ที่ "ม็อกกี้" (mökki)

Ask a Finn where they are happiest, and most will answer without hesitation: in a mökki.

The word means cabin, but the concept goes much deeper. A mökki is a cabin in the countryside, almost always near water, and is often the place where Finns feel happiest. 🌿

Finland Ranked #1 for Sustainable Development 🌍 (in English below)

เรามีความภาคภูมิใจที่ได้เห็นประเทศฟินแลนด์ครองอันดับ 1 ในรายงานการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนประจำปี 2026 (Sustainable Development Report 2026) ซึ่งนับเป็นปีที่ 6 ติดต่อกันแล้วที่ฟินแลนด์ได้ขึ้นแท่นผู้นำระดับโลกในดัชนี SDG Index โดยดัชนีนี้ทำหน้าที่ประเมินความคืบหน้าของประเทศสมาชิกสหประชาชาติทั้ง 193 ประเทศในการขับเคลื่อนไปสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs)

ผลการจัดอันดับดังกล่าวยังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความแข็งแกร่งของ "นอร์ดิกโมเดล" (Nordic model) โดยมีทั้งสวีเดน เดนมาร์ก และนอร์เวย์ ติดอยู่ในกลุ่ม 4 อันดับแรกของโลกเช่นกัน

🇫🇮 We are proud to see Finland ranked #1 in the Sustainable Development Report 2026. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Finland has topped the global SDG Index, which assesses the progress of all 193 UN Member States towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The results also highlight the strength of the Nordic model, with Sweden, Denmark, and Norway all ranking among the top four countries globally.

While there is still much work to be done to achieve the 2030 Agenda, this recognition reflects the importance of long-term commitment, collaboration, innovation, and sustainable policies. Together, we can continue building a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future for all. 🌍💙

Humanitarian needs are rising, while delivering aid is becoming more dangerous. Humanitarian workers provide life-saving assistance to people affected by conflicts, disasters and other crises around the world.

On this day, we recognize their work, stand in solidarity with people affected by crises, and reaffirm the importance of protecting civilians and humanitarian workers everywhere.

Finland in opening ceremony of ART UNIVERSE 2026 (in English Below)

เอกอัครราชทูต Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos ยินดีที่ได้เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงาน ART UNIVERSE 2026 ที่ กรุงเทพมหานคร จัดขึ้นโดยกรมทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา (DIP) งานนิทรรศการนี้จัดแสดงผลงานสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมให้เกิดความตระหนักรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างผู้สร้างสรรค์และผู้ประกอบการ

Ambassador Kristiina Kuvaja-Xanthopoulos was pleased to participate in the opening ceremony of ART UNIVERSE 2026 in Bangkok, organized by Thailand's Department of Intellectual Property (DIP). The exhibition showcases innovative creative works while promoting greater awareness and understanding of intellectual property rights and fostering strong collaborative networks for creators and entrepreneurs.

A special congratulations goes to artist Juthamanee Diloksopan, whose work “Loop” was awarded the Grand Prize (picture 2). Congratulations to the organizers on this inspiring celebration of creativity and innovation and other award recipients and participating artists for their creativity and achievements. ✨
