🌏 การประปานครหลวง แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ผู้นำด้านน้ำ บนเวทีนานาชาติ ASIAWATER 2026 ประเทศมาเลเซีย

การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) โดย นายดลเชษฐ์ กล้าหาญ
ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายออกแบบระบบผลิตส่งน้ำและงานโยธา
ได้รับเกียรติเป็นผู้แทนเข้าร่วม เวทีเสวนานานาชาติ
ในหัวข้อ “Driving Smart Water Infrastructure & Circular Water Economy in ASEAN”
ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ ประเทศมาเลเซีย

🌐 เวทีดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน ASIAWATER 2026
ซึ่งจัดโดย Informa Markets ในฐานะเจ้าภาพและผู้ให้การสนับสนุนหลัก
โดยรวบรวมผู้เชี่ยวชาญและองค์กรชั้นนำด้านน้ำ
จากทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนในระดับภูมิภาคและนานาชาติ
เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และขับเคลื่อนความมั่นคงด้านน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน

💡 ในการนี้ กปน. ได้นำเสนอแนวทางและศักยภาพด้านนวัตกรรม อาทิ
• การพัฒนา Smart Water Infrastructure และ Smart Water Grid
• การบริหารจัดการระบบผลิตและจ่ายน้ำอย่างยั่งยืน
• การลดการสูญเสียน้ำ (Non-Revenue Water) และการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
• แนวทางลดการปล่อย CO₂ และการใช้พลังงานทดแทน เช่น Solar Energy

โดยเนื้อหาดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับแนวคิด Smart Urban Water Supply ที่มุ่งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความยืดหยุ่นของระบบน้ำในมหานคร

🤝 นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้กับผู้แทนจากหลายประเทศในอาเซียน
รวมถึงองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ อาทิ เป็น PABB และ SPAN เป็นต้น
สะท้อนบทบาทของ กปน. ในการเป็นหนึ่งในผู้นำด้านน้ำของภูมิภาค

🚀 การเข้าร่วมในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับบทบาทของประเทศไทย
สู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือด้านน้ำในอาเซียน
พร้อมทั้งร่วมประชาสัมพันธ์งาน Thai Water Expo 2026

💧🇻🇳 กปน. เยือนเวียดนาม ติดตามผลโครงการ TCTP มุ่งยกระดับการจัดการน้ำอัจฉริยะในภูมิภาค!
ระหว่างวันที่ 1–7 มีนาคม 2569 คณะผู้แทนจาก การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) เดินทางเยือน สาธารณรัฐสังคมนิยมเวียดนาม เพื่อดำเนินการติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมภายใต้โครงการ TCTP – Follow-up Training Practice in Innovation and Digital Technology for Sustainable Water Management ร่วมกับ 2 หน่วยงานด้านประปาชั้นนำ ได้แก่ HAWACOM (Hanoi Water Limited Company) และ SAWACO (Saigon Water Corporation)

🎯 วัตถุประสงค์ของการเยือนครั้งนี้
การติดตามผล (Follow-up Visit) ครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายสำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่
การประเมินผลการนำความรู้จากหลักสูตร TCTP ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริงในองค์กร และการเปิดพื้นที่ให้คณะผู้แทน กปน. ได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการดำเนินงาน การใช้เทคโนโลยี และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการระบบประปากับทั้งสองหน่วยงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

🔍 สิ่งที่ค้นพบจากการหารือ
จากการหารือร่วมกัน พบว่าทั้ง HAWACOM และ SAWACO ต่างแสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นอย่างจริงจังในการยกระดับการให้บริการน้ำประปา โดยมุ่งเน้นใน 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่
💻 การนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการระบบประปาในภาพรวม
📊 การใช้ข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจ ทั้งในเชิงปฏิบัติการและเชิงบริหารองค์กร
🔧 การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้รองรับการให้บริการที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น
ความรู้จากการฝึกอบรมในหลักสูตร TCTP มีส่วนช่วยเสริมความเข้าใจในแนวคิดสำคัญ อาทิ การลดน้ำสูญเสีย (NRW) การติดตามและบริหารระบบเครือข่ายประปา รวมถึงการประยุกต์ใช้ข้อมูลในการบริหารงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

⚡ ความท้าทายที่ยังต้องเผชิญ
แม้จะมีความคืบหน้าที่น่าพอใจ แต่ทั้ง 2 องค์กรยังคงเผชิญกับความท้าทายสำคัญ ได้แก่
🏗️ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีอายุการใช้งานยาวนาน ซึ่งต้องการการปรับปรุงและทดแทนอย่างต่อเนื่อง
💰 ความจำเป็นในการลงทุนด้านระบบดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ตามทันพัฒนาการของเทคโนโลยี
👷 การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ให้มีทักษะพร้อมรองรับการทำงานด้วยเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่

🤝 พลังของความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ
การติดตามผลครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจนถึงคุณค่าของโครงการ TCTP ในฐานะเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างองค์กรด้านน้ำประปาในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ผู้เข้าอบรมจากทั้ง HAWACOM และ SAWACO ต่างยืนยันว่าหลักสูตรนี้มีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่ง ทั้งในแง่ของการเรียนรู้แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีจากนานาประเทศ และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาชีพที่ยังคงดำเนินต่อเนื่องแม้หลังสิ้นสุดการฝึกอบรมแล้ว

กปน. เข้าสวัสดีปีใหม่ผู้แทนจาก Business France

วันที่ 23 มกราคม 2568 – กปน. เข้าสวัสดีปีใหม่ พ.ศ. 2569 ผู้แทนจาก Business France ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย โดยมีนายปิยะพงค์ เข็มขาว ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ กปน. ระดับ 8 สังกัด ชวก.(ธ) นำคณะเข้าพบ Mr. Alexandre Leroy ตำแหน่ง Senior Trade Advisor, Industry & Cleantech

ในโอกาสนี้ กปน. ได้แสดงความขอบคุณต่อความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างกันมาโดยตลอด ทั้งในด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และการประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิด พร้อมแสดงความมุ่งมั่นในการต่อยอดความสัมพันธ์อันดีดังกล่าวให้ดำเนินต่อไปอย่างต่อเนื่องในอนาคต

💧 MWA Advances Water Safety: Exploring Innovative Disinfection Technologies for Global Standards 💧

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) continues its commitment to innovation and public safety!

On January 15, 2026, Mr. Pornsak Samornkraisorakit, Assistant Governor (Water Resources and Quality) and Acting Deputy Governor (Water Production), together with the Water Production Working Team, held a consultative meeting with representatives from Suzhou Jonzo Water Technology, a leading technology company from China.

The meeting focused on the presentation of advanced solutions for water treatment.

🎯 Our Goal: To identify efficient alternative resources that ensure every drop of MWA tap water remains clean, safe, and consistently meets World Health Organization (WHO) standards.

🌟 Spotlight on Alternative Technology: MWA is evaluating the "On-site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation" system presented by the company. This technology uses pure salt to produce disinfectant directly at our facilities, offering key advantages:
✅ Enhanced Public Safety: Reduces the transport of hazardous chemicals through urban areas.
✅ Operational Stability: Allows for internal, fresh disinfectant production.
✅ Consistent Quality: Freshly generated disinfectant ensures superior pathogen elimination.

The Next Step: MWA is now analyzing the technical data from the presentation to prepare for a Pilot Project at one of our treatment plants. This is part of our mission to integrate modern innovation for the benefit of the public. 💙

💧กปน. ไม่หยุดพัฒนา! รุกศึกษาเทคโนโลยีทางเลือก ยกระดับความปลอดภัยและคุณภาพน้ำประปาสู่มาตรฐานสากล (WHO) 💧

เมื่อวันที่ 15 มกราคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) นำโดย นายพรศักดิ์ สมรไกรสรกิจ ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการ (แหล่งน้ำและคุณภาพน้ำ) และรักษาการรองผู้ว่าการ (ผลิตน้ำ) พร้อมด้วย Water Production Working Team ได้ร่วมประชุมหารือกับ ตัวแทนบริษัท Suzhou Jonzo Water Technology จากประเทศจีน เพื่อรับฟังการนำเสนอและศึกษาแนวทางการนำนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่มาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตน้ำประปา

🎯 เป้าหมายสำคัญของเรา: คือการเฟ้นหาเทคโนโลยีทางเลือกที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้พี่น้องประชาชนมั่นใจว่าน้ำประปาทุกหยดสะอาด ปลอดภัย และมีคุณภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานขององค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) อย่างต่อเนื่อง

🌟 เทคโนโลยีทางเลือกที่น่าสนใจ: กปน. กำลังศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ "ผลิตสารฆ่าเชื้อ ณ จุดใช้งาน" (On-site Generation) ซึ่งบริษัทจากจีนได้นำเสนอแนวทางการใช้เกลือบริสุทธิ์เป็นวัตถุดิบหลักในการผลิตน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อภายในโรงงาน โดยมีข้อดีคือ:
✅ ยกระดับความปลอดภัย: ลดการขนส่งและจัดเก็บสารเคมีอันตรายผ่านพื้นที่ชุมชน
✅ สร้างเสถียรภาพการผลิต: สามารถผลิตสารฆ่าเชื้อที่สดใหม่ได้เองภายในโรงงาน
✅ มั่นใจคุณภาพน้ำ: สารฆ่าเชื้อที่ผลิตใหม่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการกำจัดเชื้อโรค

ก้าวต่อไปของ กปน.: ขณะนี้คณะทำงานกำลังวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคที่ได้รับจากการนำเสนอ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับ โครงการนำร่อง (Pilot Project) ในพื้นที่จริง เพื่อทดสอบประสิทธิภาพและความคุ้มค่า ก่อนจะพิจารณานำมาปรับใช้เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของประชาชนในอนาคต 💙

ชวก.(ธ) นำคณะเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะผู้แทนสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 19 มกราคม 2569 นายชัยพร รัตนธนังพงศ์ ผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการ (ธุรกิจ) นำคณะผู้บริหารและพนักงานการประปานครหลวง (กปน.) ในสังกัดสายงานผู้ช่วยผู้ว่าการ (ธุรกิจ) เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะผู้แทนจากสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย โดยมี Mr. Joost van Ettro รองเอกอัครราชทูต (Deputy Ambassador – Head of Political & Economic Department) ให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น

การเข้าพบครั้งนี้ กปน. ได้กล่าวขอบคุณสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย สำหรับความร่วมมืออันดียิ่งและการให้เกียรติในการเชิญ กปน. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดจนการสนับสนุนด้านการประสานความร่วมมือและการแนะนำหน่วยงานด้านน้ำชั้นนำของประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ อาทิ หน่วยงานภายใต้เครือข่าย PIB (Partners for International Business), NWP (Netherlands Water Partnership), Waternet และสถาบันวิจัย Deltares นอกจากนี้ กปน. ยังได้รับเชิญให้เข้าร่วมงานประชุม Thailand–Netherlands Knowledge Week 2026 ซึ่งมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ร่วมกับผู้บริหารระดับประเทศจากหลายภาคส่วน

ในโอกาสนี้ ผู้แทนจากสถานทูตเนเธอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทยได้เชิญ กปน. เข้าร่วมงาน Aquatech Asia 2026 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในทวีปเอเชียเป็นครั้งแรก ระหว่างวันที่ 25–27 พฤศจิกายน 2569 โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายต่างแสดงความมุ่งหวังที่จะสานต่อความร่วมมือในฐานะพันธมิตรที่ดีต่อกัน เพื่อร่วมกันเสริมสร้างและแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของทั้งสองประเทศในอนาคต

นอกจากนี้ ผู้บริหาร กปน. และผู้แทนสถานทูตฯ ยังได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับความท้าทายด้านการบริหารจัดการน้ำ อาทิ ปัญหาภัยแล้ง ภาวะน้ำเค็มรุกล้ำ การบริหารจัดการน้ำสูญเสีย รวมถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการปรับปรุงและลดปริมาณน้ำสูญเสียอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Presentation of Ductile Iron Pipe Products and Equipment by Business France – Trade Department, Embassy of France in Thailand, in collaboration with Saint-Gobain PAM Canalisation from France

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) Headquarters, with the Engineering Sector assigned as the event organizer, Ms. Warangkana Sudto, MWA Expert Level 9, and Mr. Dollachet Klahan, Department Director of Water Treatment, Transmission System and Civil Work Design Department, welcomed the representatives from Business France – Trade Department, Embassy of France in Thailand and Saint-Gobain PAM Canalisation.
This activity is an extension of the academic cooperation initiated by the Thai Waterworks Association, aiming to present products and equipment, and exchange technical knowledge, including modern technology. The goal is to guide the development of water supply infrastructure and design under physically constrained conditions. Specifically, the Ductile Iron Pipe product can be applied to projects utilizing Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and Pipe Jacking, as well as for consideration of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), which will benefit the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority in planning future project operations.

เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2568 การประปานครหลวง โดย นางสาววรางคณา สุดโต ผู้เชี่ยวชาญการประปานครหลวง ระดับ 9 และ นายดลเชษฐ์ กล้าหาญ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายออกแบบระบบผลิตส่งน้ำและงานโยธา ให้การต้อนรับผู้แทน Business France – Trade Department Embassy of France in Thailand และบริษัท Saint-Gobain PAM Canalisation ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่ต่อยอดมาจากความร่วมมือทางวิชาการที่จัดขึ้นโดย สมาคมประปาไทย ในการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์ และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางเทคนิครวมถึงเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบประปา รวมถึงการออกแบบในสภาวะที่มีข้อจำกัดทางกายภาพ ทั้งนี้ผลิตภัณฑ์โดยเฉพาะ Ductile iron pipe สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงาน Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Pipe jacking และการพิจารณา Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการประปานครหลวง ในการวางวางแผนการดำเนินงานของโครงการในอนาคต

💧 MWA Governor Joins TWWA Panel Discussion, Advancing Clean Water Management for a Sustainable Quality of Life

✨ On 8 December 2025,
the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) continues to drive Thailand’s water utility sector toward international standards by participating in the 2025 Academic Seminar and Annual General Meeting of the Thai Water Works Association (TWWA). The event highlighted MWA’s leadership in technology adoption and sustainable water management.

🎤 On this occasion, Ms. Suwara Thawitchasri, Governor of MWA, took part in an academic panel discussion under the theme
“Smart Water for Smart Living: Clean Water Management for a Sustainable Quality of Life,”
alongside Dr. Royboon Rasmithat, Director of the Hydro–Informatics Institute (Public Organization), and Mr. Jakkapong Khamchan, Governor of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) and President of TWWA. During the discussion, the MWA Governor shared her vision on leveraging modern technologies to enhance water management efficiency and improve the quality of life for the public.

🏆 In addition to the panel discussion, MWA showcased its capabilities through an exhibition booth, presenting award-winning innovations from the 2025 Organizational Innovation Competition, including “Chlorine Care: an Automatic Chlorine Dosing System” and “Adjustable Angle Ductile Iron Flange.” These innovations not only enhance operational efficiency but also help generate revenue and reduce operational costs.

🎤 ภายในงาน นางสาวสุวรา ทวิชศรี ผู้ว่าการ กปน. ได้ร่วมเสวนาวิชาการในหัวข้อสำคัญ "Smart Water for Smart Living: การจัดการน้ำสะอาด เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ยั่งยืน" ร่วมกับ ดร. รอยบุญ รัศมีเทศ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ (องค์การมหาชน) และ นายจักรพงศ์ คำจันทร์ ผู้ว่าการ กปภ. และ นายก สปปท. โดยผู้ว่าการ กปน. ได้แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ในการนำเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มาใช้บริหารจัดการน้ำเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน
🏆 นอกจากเวทีวิชาการ กปน. ยังได้นำเสนอศักยภาพผ่านบูธนิทรรศการ โดยโชว์สุดยอดนวัตกรรมที่ได้รับรางวัลจากการแข่งขันนวัตกรรมองค์กร ประจำปี 2568 ได้แก่ "Chlorine Care : ระบบเติมคลอรีนอัตโนมัติ" และ "หน้าจานเหล็กหล่อหน้าจานปรับมุม" ซึ่งเป็นนวัตกรรมที่ช่วยสร้างรายได้และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงานด้วย

MWA, JICA and JICWELS Hold Preparatory Meeting for the 6th Executive Forum on Sustainable Urban Water Services in Asia

On 12 December 2025 at 9:30 a.m., at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Ms. Suwara Tawichsri, Governor of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA), together with MWA executives, participated in a preparatory meeting with representatives from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Headquarters, JICA Thailand, and the Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS), as well as water sector representatives from more than 20 countries. The meeting was held to prepare for the 6th Executive Forum for Enhancing Sustainability of Urban Water Service in the Asian Region, scheduled to take place in 2026.

The discussion aimed to define the overall direction and implementation approach of the Forum, exchange perspectives on urban water service development, and enhance preparedness in terms of knowledge sharing and management practices. The meeting also served as an important platform to showcase MWA’s potential and role as a co-host of this international forum.

On this occasion, the Governor of MWA expressed her appreciation to JICA and partner organizations for their trust and confidence in MWA. She emphasized that such academic cooperation and capacity development initiatives represent a significant step forward for the global water community in advancing Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6), which focuses on ensuring the availability and sustainable management of safe drinking water and sanitation for all.

MWA remains committed to promoting international cooperation to enhance the quality of water supply services, while strengthening and connecting robust knowledge networks. This commitment aligns with the mission of the International Water Association (IWA) and reinforces MWA’s role as a key contributor to sustainable water management at both the regional and global levels.

MWA Welcomes IWA Delegation for a Technical Visit to BangKhen Water Treatment Plant, Strengthening Global Water Cooperation at WDCE 2025

On 11 December 2025, at the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) Headquarters, Mr. Pornsak Samornkraisorakit,
Assistant Governor (Water Resources and Quality) and Acting Deputy Governor (Water Production), Metropolitan Waterworks Authority,
welcomed a delegation from the International Water Association (IWA) on the occasion of a technical visit to the BangKhen Water Treatment Plant and the Water Quality Division of MWA. The visit was part of the field activities under the IWA Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2025 (WDCE 2025), held from 8–12 December 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to provide WDCE 2025 participants with practical experience in Thailand’s water production systems and water quality management practices. During the visit, the delegation received a briefing on the BangKhen Water Treatment Plant, recognized as the largest water treatment plant in Asia, by Mr. Somsak Passananon, Assistant Governor (Water Production System), followed by an on-site tour of the various stages of the water treatment process.

In addition, the delegation visited MWA’s Water Quality Division to study its comprehensive water quality monitoring, inspection, and control systems, which play a vital role in ensuring that tap water is safe and meets quality standards before being delivered to the public.

This technical visit represents another key mission of MWA in strengthening international academic and technological cooperation, advancing knowledge exchange on the global stage, and contributing to the development of robust, efficient, and sustainable water management standards. These efforts will support the continuous improvement of water supply systems worldwide and reinforce MWA’s role as a leading water utility organization in the international arena.

MWA Governor Delivers Keynote Address at WDCE 2025, Highlighting “Innovation and Global Collaboration” as a Strategic Pathway for the Future of Water Management

On 10 December 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Ms. Suwara Thawitchasri, Governor of the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA), delivered a keynote address entitled “Why Developing Utilities Need to Connect Globally” at the IWA Water & Development Congress & Exhibition 2025 (WDCE 2025).

The address underscored the critical role of international partnerships in elevating Thailand’s water utility standards and emphasized that global collaboration is no longer an option, but a strategic necessity for utilities navigating today’s complex, multi-dimensional challenges.

As Thailand’s primary water utility serving key economic areas—Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan—MWA provides water services to more than 12 million people and is currently facing a wide range of challenges, including climate change impacts on raw water quality, saltwater intrusion, rapid urban expansion, and rising customer expectations in the digital era.

Amid increasing pressure to deliver reliable and modern services, engagement with international networks enables utilities to learn from global innovations and adopt advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. In this regard, MWA has actively applied best practices from leading utilities worldwide, including AI-driven non-revenue water management from the United Kingdom, long-term water system planning approaches from Japan, and integrated water management models from Singapore.

Turning global knowledge into tangible outcomes, MWA has developed several innovations with measurable and positive impacts, including:
💧 MWA Command Center (MCC): A real-time operations center for monitoring and resolving customer complaints and water-related crises.
💧 Anti-Salinity Tools (ANSAT): A decision-support system for managing raw water quality during the dry season, integrating data in collaboration with the Royal Thai Navy and NECTEC to address saltwater intrusion in the Chao Phraya River.
💧 Chlorine Next: An automated chlorine dosing system recognized with international awards, including honors from the International Quality & Productivity Convention (IQPC) in Bali, Indonesia, and a Silver Award from Switzerland.
💧 LEVEL UP PUMPING (LVP+): An innovation to enhance pumping system efficiency, generating annual electricity cost savings of over 11 million baht and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 1.2 million kilograms per year, awarded the Silver Award at the Corporate Innovation Competition 2025.

Beyond innovation, MWA has expanded its role from a knowledge recipient to a knowledge provider through the MWA Training Center, which regularly delivers capacity-building programs for international water utilities. In 2025, MWA hosted both short-term and long-term training programs for participants from Vietnam, Myanmar, the Lao PDR, Timor-Leste, the Maldives, Kenya, and other countries—contributing to stronger regional utilities and more reliable, high-quality water services.

The keynote reaffirmed MWA’s commitment to driving meaningful change as a leading public water utility, actively engaging with the global community to advance sustainable water resource management and build a resilient water future for all.

💦 ผู้ว่าการได้เล่าถึงบทบาทหลักของ กปน. ในการดูแลพื้นที่มหานครที่เติบโตเร็วที่สุดของประเทศ ทั้งกรุงเทพฯ นนทบุรี สมุทรปราการ และให้บริการประชาชนกว่า 12 ล้านคน ท่ามกลางความท้าทายต่าง ๆ ทั้งสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลง น้ำเค็มรุกล้ำ ความต้องการใช้น้ำที่เพิ่มขึ้น และความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้น้ำในยุคดิจิทัล

🌎 นอกจากพัฒนาองค์กรของตัวเองแล้ว กปน. ยังทำหน้าที่ “แบ่งปันความรู้” สู่หลากหลายประเทศ ผ่านศูนย์ฝึกอบรม โดยมีหลายประเทศเข้าร่วมทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว เช่น เวียดนาม เมียนมา ลาว ติมอร์-เลสเต มัลดีฟส์ เคนยา ฯลฯ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบประปาในภูมิภาคร่วมกัน
