Hi, we are green sea turtles and we were born 2 weeks ago on Similan’s islands. We are now at the Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Centre in Khao Lak, Phang Nga. We will be staying here for approximately 9 months until we are strong enough to survive on our own in the wild ocean. You can come see us and support our life. Thanks from the green sea turtles

This Olive Ridley Sea Turtle was much happier after it got a wash down. It is important to regularly make sure the turtles are clean and have as little algae growing on them as possible. The turtles can feel through their shells similar to how we can feel things through our finger and toe nails so it is important to scrub as gently as possible but with enough pressure for the algae and dirt to be scrubbed off. Another day, another clean and happy turtle!
