Last Saturday, we held our North West Service Week at Linkhouse @ Blk 462A, bringing residents, grassroots volunteers and community partners together for a meaningful morning of giving and connection.

Through North West Service Week, we hope to provide some practical support to residents with everyday essentials, while also taking the opportunity to check in, catch up and spend some time with our neighbours. 🏠💛

A big thank you to North West CDC, our volunteers and partners who came together to make the session possible, and to our residents for joining us!

Small acts of care can go a long way in building a stronger and more caring Naval Base community. 😊

Meet Grace and Shaik, who took part in the 2nd run of our Self-Discovery, Learning and Achievement programme! 🌟

Coming from two different fields, social work and engineering, they came together to discover new possibilities, learn from each other and explore what the future could hold for them.

And guess what? 👀 Our committee is brewing something exciting for our youths! We’re looking forward to sharing more new developments towards the end of the year.

Our resident gave a special shoutout to Ah Buoy, our Naval Base sea lion mascot, featured in “Neighbours” — the mural at Block 468B created by 16 NIE student teachers. 🦭🎨

The mural celebrates Sembawang’s tropical flora and fauna, coastal heritage and elements of its past.

Always nice hearing what catches our residents’ eyes around Naval Base! 👋
