Aqua Tabata
What are the benefits of doing Tabata in the water?
Working out in the water is one of the most therapeutic activities one can enjoy. The water offers added resistance to the workout while making Tabata a little safer to be performed by people of all ages and fitness levels because it’s easy on the joints. Flexibility may also be increased in water as the movement in various directions while adjusting to the push and pull of the water allows for an increased range of motion. The buoyancy of the water also helps reduce impact that is felt during land-based exercise.
