From the dragon boat to the TV screen! 🚣‍♂️🎬

Community member Benson Loo recently landed a cameo in the Mediacorp drama Uniquely Ours for his first acting role.

Benson, who is Deafblind, shares: "Thanks to my near total blindness, I was unable to see the surroundings with the crew and filming equipment, but managed to calm myself down constantly and went with the flow."

Whether he is acting, working as a wellness therapist or dragonboating, Benson faces life with confidence.

Empower more community members to achieve their goals and live a good quality of life by partnering with our Deafblind Programme today.

Signing in a camping ground? 🏕️✨

Our recent SgSL gathering took over a cool new location, right in the heart of town at SCAPE's Camping Ground!

More than 30 students, from beginner to advanced levels, joined us for an action-packed 2 hours. The time flew by with silent charades and creative storytelling using gestures and body language. It was a day filled with laughter, great teamwork and visual communication!

Huge thanks to everyone who came out. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
