🎶✨ An evening of music not to be missed!

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Singapore is pleased to support and highlight the upcoming concert “SHINE! Concerto in Perspective V”, taking place on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at Victoria Concert Hall.

Under the direction of concert pianist and conductor Josephine Koh, the Joyeux Music Sinfonietta - led by the distinguished Libitum Quartet - will bring together an inspiring line-up of international and regional artists for an evening celebrating artistry, virtuosity, and musical collaboration.

We are especially glad to have Polish pianist Krzysztof Moskalewicz among the featured artists, performing alongside Dr Ke Jiezhi and other outstanding musicians. 🎹🤍❤️

The programme includes beloved masterpieces such as Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and the iconic Warsaw Concerto. For the full programme, artist biographies, and event details, please visit SISTIC.

We warmly invite all music lovers in Singapore to join this special evening of live performance, shared artistry, and cultural exchange. ✨

🎶Teresa and Marta believe that every young person deserves to be heard. As teachers and UPSHIFT mentors, they support teenagers from Ukraine, Poland and beyond with warmth, patience and care – helping them settle in, open up and believe that their voice matters. 🇵🇱🤝🇺🇦

Through UPSHIFT programme, implemented by UNICEF Refugee Response Office together with partners in Poland, Teresa, Marta and many other mentors show young people that they can shape the world around them. Step by step, they help them turn ideas into action and build a sense of confidence and belonging.

For many teenagers from Ukraine, that kind of support can make a real difference. Sometimes it starts with one conversation, one idea, one moment of courage – and grows into the feeling that Poland can be a place where they feel safe and truly welcome.

This post is a part of information campaign "Resilient Together" carried out by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This is exactly why it’s worth learning throughout your whole life, staying flexible, following your passions, and not locking yourself into just one career path.

The story of Chef Beata Śniechowska from Wrocław — head chef of restaurant Baba — is a perfect example of that. A former PhD student and engineer, winner of the Polish edition of MasterChef, has just earned a Michelin star and become one of the top chefs in Poland!

Huge congratulations — what an inspiring journey! 👏⭐

Today, 26 May, Poland celebrates ’s 🌷

In Poland, Mother’s Day is celebrated slightly later than the internationally observed Mother’s Day in May — a tradition cherished for generations.

On this occasion, we invite you to discover how Polish painters portrayed motherhood, maternal love and care through art across different eras.
