ОБ ОТКРЫТИИ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПРОГРАММЫ ПЕРВОЙ МОСКОВСКОЙ ГИМНАЗИИ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ СИНГАПУР

В целях расширения доступа российских граждан, проживающих за пределами Российской Федерации, к получению образования по российским образовательным стандартам Первая Московская гимназия (г. Москва) объявляет о запуске официальной образовательной программы на базе кампуса в Республике Сингапур, при активной поддержке Российско-Сингапурского Делового совета.

Образовательная программа предусматривает интеграцию российской образовательной системы (Федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт) в инфраструктуру сингапурского кампуса. Учащимся предлагаются следующие форматы обучения:

• очное обучение на территории кампуса с изучением предметов по ФГОС параллельно с международной учебной программой. Для учащихся предусмотрен опциональный пансион с постоянным проживанием;
• дистанционное обучение с использованием специализированной онлайн-платформы, обеспечивающей доступ к образовательным ресурсам и коммуникацию с преподавательским составом;
• экстернат и семейное обучение с официальным прикреплением к Первой Московской гимназии.

При любой выбранной форме обучения учащимся гарантируется:
• проведение промежуточной аттестации по итогам каждого класса в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС;
• подготовка и допуск к государственной итоговой аттестации (ГИА);
• выдача российского аттестата о среднем общем образовании государственного образца.

Документ об образовании является легитимным для поступления в образовательные организации высшего образования Российской Федерации и признается при процедурах нострификации в иностранных государствах в установленном порядке.

Программа адресована российским семьям, временно или постоянно проживающим за пределами Российской Федерации и заинтересованным в сохранении образовательной траектории в российской системе образования.

First Moscow Gymnasium Establishes Academic Provision in the Republic of Singapore

To broaden access for Russian nationals residing abroad to education delivered in accordance with Russian state standards, the First Moscow Gymnasium (Moscow) today announces the launch of its official academic provision hosted at a partner educational institution in the Republic of Singapore, with the active support of the Russia-Singapore Business Council.

The collaboration is formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding signed in June 2026 with leading schools in the region, establishing a comprehensive framework for joint activity in the fields of education, cultural exchange, and the development of international educational initiatives. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to academic excellence and the promotion of multicultural learning environments.

Structure of the Academic Offering
The initiative provides for the integration of the Russian Federal State Educational Standard (FGOS) into the infrastructure of the partner campus. Students may choose from the following three modes of study:
- Full-time on-site attendance at the partner school, combining FOS-aligned subjects with the local curriculum. Optional residential boarding accommodation is available for the duration of the academic term;
- Full-time attendance with residential boarding, offering on-campus accommodation and full integration into the school community;
- Distance learning delivered via a dedicated online platform, affording students access to digital educational resources and direct communication with teaching staff.

Guarantees to Students
Irrespective of the study mode selected, all participating students are assured of the following:
- Interim assessments at the conclusion of each academic year, conducted in full compliance with FOS requirements;
- Preparation for, and eligibility to sit, the State Final Assessment (GIA);
- Award of a state-issued Russian Certificate of Secondary General Education upon successful completion of the course.
The qualification so awarded is recognised for admission to higher education institutions within the Russian Federation and is subject to standard nostrification procedures in foreign jurisdictions.

This educational pathway is specifically designed for Russian families residing - whether temporarily or permanently - outside the Russian Federation, who wish to maintain an uninterrupted educational trajectory within the Russian system while living abroad.

The Ukrainian authorities have published their call for a broader three‑day truce, but we have never agreed on this with them.

🎙 Address by President of Russia Vladimir Putin at the Plenary Session of the 11th Eastern Economic Forum (Vladivostok, Russky Island, September 3, 2026)

The event was also attended by President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto, Prime Minister of Mongolia Nyam-Osoryn Uchral, Vice President of Myanmar U Nyo Saw, and Vice Premier of the State Council of China Ding Xuexiang.

Key points:

• Russia is an active participant in investment and trade cooperation in the Asia-Pacific. We engage with our partners and the region’s leading integration associations on an equal footing.

• Our strategic objective is to ensure that the Far East remains a region of cooperation and dynamic transformation in the economy and infrastructure, technological development, workforce training and, of course, the social sphere.

• Over the past 11 years, around 25 trillion rubles in capital investment has been attracted to Russia’s Far Eastern regions. As a result, the Far East’s gross regional product has more than tripled over this period – a very strong pace of growth.

• The Far East’s key macroeconomic indicators are growing faster than the national average. This is precisely what we sought to achieve when we declared the region’s development a strategic priority for Russia throughout the 21st century.

• It is important to continue creating convenient and predictable conditions for investors, taking into account the needs of businesses and the regions while proceeding from Russia’s national interests.

• For investors in such projects, and for those launching new enterprises in the Far East and the Arctic, it is important to ensure stable demand for their products. Offset contracts, which are being developed with the support of State Development Corporation VEB.RF, should be used for this purpose as well.

• In today’s challenging global environment, amid risks to international shipping and trade, the Northern Sea Route is intended to provide greater flexibility and security for international deliveries, open up new opportunities for transit and coastal shipping, and ensure uninterrupted supplies to Arctic regions.

• Our goal is to make navigation along the Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor year-round. To achieve this, we are building icebreakers and ice-class vessels, expanding our service and rescue fleet and satellite constellation, and strengthening port infrastructure.

• We expect that by the end of this decade, freight traffic along the Trans-Arctic Corridor will reach at least 70 million tonnes per year – at least double the current level.

• To expand international capital participation in our Far Eastern and Arctic projects, we need to make use of the potential of the Eastern Exchange. As I have already said, we plan to establish a modern financial centre on its basis.

• We need to develop new cross-border routes with Asia-Pacific, and countries. We are open to cooperation with all our partners in this area.

🇷🇺🇸🇬 26 августа в Сингапуре заместитель Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации А.Ю.Руденко провёл консультации с Постоянным секретарём Министерства иностранных дел Республики Сингапур А.Чуа.

Состоялся обмен мнениями по актуальным вопросам двусторонней повестки дня в развитие договорённостей, достигнутых на российско-сингапурской встрече на высшем уровне 18 июня в Казани. С сингапурской стороны подтверждена заинтересованность в активной работе над реализацией решений лидеров двух стран.

Обсуждены состояние и перспективы внешнеполитического взаимодействия России и Сингапура на глобальных и региональных площадках, в том числе в ООН и в контексте председательства города-государства в АСЕАН в 2027 году.

🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's interview with VGTRK broadcasting company (Moscow, August 14, 2026)

Key points:

• President of Russia Vladimir Putin made it very clear that we will respond in kind to Western maritime piracy. We will choose the targets ourselves. They will include vessels operating in the interests of countries that have made piracy and plunder part of their official policy.

• We will not stoop to the level of the Ukrainian leadership, which celebrates on social media its terrorist strikes on beaches, dormitories housing young students and other civilian sites. ☝️ We will make our own methods far tougher, targeting everything that enables the West to fuel Kiev’s war machine. And we are already doing so.

• Hostilities should stop only when there is a long-term, reliable and sustainable settlement. If we were suddenly to halt now along the line of contact, we would, in effect, allow the feat of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers who defeated Na**sm to be erased. That is simply not an option.

• As for the episode at the press conference of Aleksandar Vucic and Zelensky, where a question was asked about “how Europeans could help kill more Russians”, I saw that President Vucic was simply taken aback. Given Serbia’s enormous contribution to the Victory over Na**sm, we would of course like to hear some reaction from our Serbian friends.

• The metastases of Na**sm continue to resurface in German society under Chancellor Friedrich Merz, who openly speaks of the need to make Germany Europe’s leading military power again. Does he understand what the word “again” means in this context? 👉 I am not sure.

• We do not refuse to talk with US presidential envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. If they come, they know that President Vladimir Putin is ready to receive them once again. The question is what they will bring with them.

• We do not issue ultimatums. We have submitted a number of questions to the US State Department and asked for clarification, including regarding intelligence data and the fact that the US is much more deeply involved in organising and carrying out strikes deep inside Russia against civilian targets. We will await a response.

• Our Turkish colleagues are once again saying that some arrangement should be reached to ensure that shipping is not targeted. ❗️ But we did not start this. When a Ukrainian drone strikes a Turkish bulk carrier, tanker or other civilian vessel, or hits ships linked to US companies Chevron and ExxonMobil, neither Turkiye nor the US publicly states that such actions by Ukrainian terrorists are unacceptable.

EEC and Thailand Discuss Prospects for Expanding Economic Cooperation

On 13 August, 2026, Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, met with Sihasal Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, at the EEC headquarters.

The parties discussed cooperation under the 2018 Memorandum of Understanding between the Commission and the Government of Thailand.

They noted positive trade dynamics: in January-May 2026, EAEU-Thailand trade exceeded $1 billion, up 20% year-on-year. Digitalization, transport and logistics, and green energy were identified as promising areas for further cooperation.

The parties also confirmed their interest in advancing joint economic initiatives and cooperation within ASEAN.
