Arts Observed

Arts Observed Observing and promoting all art forms in our island country We're just here to share our observations and thoughts of the arts scene in Singapore.

Arts Observed is presented by the arts librarians who maintain the arts collection on Level 8 and 9 of the National Library building, covering resources on topics ranging from architecture, fine arts to illustrations, design, performing and literary arts. You may see us around the library or even in different parts of the island capturing art in motion. Do say hi and join us in our discussions he

re! Share your insights and knowledge of arts and related events here! This FB community is our online home and we would love for it to be as fun, welcoming and inviting as possible. As such, we would like to request for you to refrain from posting ads, attacks on people or groups, uncivil language, and comments that might be offensive to others. These comments/content, once spotted, would regrettably, have to be taken down. Apart from that, for queries and feedback related to library services (for example, reporting loss of card, change in address, issues in accessing e-resources and booking of facilities), please contact either [email protected] or 65 6332 3255. For help with research questions, please email to [email protected] where we'll help recommend relevant resources and appropriate search strategies. ; )
