North East Community Development Council We aggregate needs and resources, build capabilities, and connect the communities. Thank you.

Set up in 1997, the North East Community Development Council (CDC) serves a population of over 914,000 residents in four Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) and two Single Member Constituencies (SMCs). They are Aljunied, Sengkang, Pasir Ris โ€“ Punggol, Tampines GRCs, Hougang and Punggol West SMCs. North East CDC administers financial and employment assistance to residents in need as well as

works closely with community and corporate partners to plan outreach programmes to promote bonding and social cohesion.

Residents also got to meet cast members Andi Lim and Regene Lim, making the movie experience that little bit more special. ๐ŸŒŸ

Led by Shaping Hearts artist Sijun, Many People, One Heart brought people from across the community together to add their own colours and creative touches. Stroke by stroke, the canvas grew into a meaningful artwork shaped by many hands and hearts. โœจ

Miss Lou and flautist Niranjan Pandian took us on a musical journey with Made In Singapore, reimagining beloved local classics in their own distinctive style. ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿชˆ

The creativity continued with a Chinese ink painting demonstration. Participants even picked up their own brushes for a two-hour hands-on workshop, creating tropical fruit paintings! ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ๐Ÿงก
