I know this was a first-time experience for many of you, and it came with a lot of pressure. We put in some truly grueling training sessions leading up to this meet, but you all pushed through the tough moments and showed incredible dedication. Swim Masters might not yet have the squad size of some of Singapore’s established competitive swimming clubs, but we’re increasingly sharing the same starting blocks.

At the 3rd SAQSFA 2026, 13-year-old Daniel Stetsyuk represented Swim Masters alongside swimmers from some of Singapore’s established swimming clubs and academies.

⚡ 50m Freestyle — 37.68 sec
🏊 100m Backstroke — 1:41.23

In the 50m freestyle, Daniel finished ahead of a number of competitors representing established swimming programmes.

For a growing swim school like Swim Masters, that’s something we’re proud of.

We’re not claiming to be the biggest competitive club. We’re building swimmers who are increasingly capable of standing on the same starting blocks as them.

Swim Masters — punching above our weight, one race at a time. 💪🏊‍♂️

Parents are strongly encouraged to reserve SwimSafer assessment slots at least one month in advance.

Assessment vacancies are limited and popular dates can be fully booked quickly. Early registration helps ensure a smooth progression to the next stage without unnecessary waiting time.

Time really flies — since May 2023, we’ve had the joy of watching you grow from a beginner swimmer into someone who can confidently perform all four strokes and successfully complete all three stages. 🏊‍♂️👏

Although it’s sad to see you leave, we are truly proud of the progress, determination, and confidence you’ve built throughout the journey. You’ve become a capable and competent swimmer, and that is something to be proud of.

We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope to see you back at the pool whenever you have the time. Keep swimming and continue shining! 💙
