What an incredible finish to this year's BrainHack! ✨

Over 4,500 budding tech enthusiasts dived into the exciting world of emerging technologies at our annual learning festival, exploring autonomous systems, AI, cybersecurity and more. Through immersive workshops, hackathons, live demos and interactive showcases, students tackled real-world challenges, experimented with new ideas and experienced technology in action.

Beyond the activities, they also gained valuable insights from industry experts and even heard firsthand from an astronaut! 🚀

BrainHack may be over, but the curiosity, creativity and inspiration it sparked are only just beginning. Congratulations to all winners, and a huge thank you to every student, mentor and partner who made this year's event a great success. See you at the next edition!

Keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies requires more than just watching trends — it means engaging with the people and ecosystems shaping them.

Our teams were recently in Japan, South Korea and Germany, connecting with startups, industry leaders and government agencies to exchange ideas, explore emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for collaboration. These engagements provide valuable perspectives on global technology developments and help us uncover new possibilities that can strengthen Singapore’s defence and national security.

Ideas move faster when partnerships power them forward.

At the recent DGA–DSTA SME Seminar, some 30 companies participated, sparked new connections and pitched solutions to shape the future with.

A few partnerships were inked in areas such as AI, robotics, navigation and counter-unmanned aerial systems. The seminar opened more opportunities to experiment rapidly, strengthen capabilities and push innovation further together.
