🚀 Developing the Next Generation of TAC Leaders

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is launching two new leadership development pathways for Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) to strengthen leadership pipelines, support succession planning, and develop future-ready leaders for the TAC sector.

🔹 TAC Aspiring Leaders Programme (TALP), delivered in partnership with Singapore Management University (SMU), is designed for high-potential middle managers and emerging leaders seeking to develop capabilities in strategic thinking, leadership resilience, stakeholder engagement, and influence.

🔹 TAC Advanced Programme for Exceptional (APEX) Leaders, delivered in partnership with the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), is designed for Heads of Secretariat and staff progressing into senior leadership roles who are looking to deepen their capabilities in strategic leadership, governance, advocacy, organisational resilience, and sector transformation.

Building on the success of the TAC Fellowship Programme, these programmes aim to equip TAC leaders with the skills and networks needed to navigate an increasingly complex operating environment, lead organisational change, and create greater value for their members and industries.

Beyond classroom learning, participants will have the opportunity to learn alongside peers from across the TAC ecosystem, exchange best practices, build meaningful professional networks, and collaborate on common challenges facing the sector.
