Arts Everywhere @ CDC @ Our Tampines Hub

Thirty-three of our seniors enjoyed a meaningful morning at the Arts Everywhere @ CDC event at Our Tampines Hub. They were entertained by the inspiring Ngoh Hiang – Pentatonic Spices performance by Flame of the Forest and had fun exploring the interactive music installations.

Our sincere appreciation to North East Community Development Council, People's Association , National Arts Council Singapore and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth - MCCY for making this enriching experience possible.

A visit to the Singapore Botanic Gardens by our Brisk Walking seniors on 10 Jun’26 brought back fond memories of yesteryears.

As Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Gardens stirred nostalgic reflections of times when wedding couples lined up for photo shoots, and young couples enjoyed leisurely dates amidst the lush greenery and vibrant blooms.

Do drop by with your family or friends to experience a wonderful time of bonding and fun in this beautiful setting.

🏑 On 9 June 2026, seniors from PCS Cedar Tree AAC @ Tampines West 827A competed in the Senior National Games 2026 heats.

Our seniors clinched 3rd place in Floorball!

They are now headed to the finals.

In today's Let's Talk News, we discussed the impact of malnutrition on seniors' health and introduced the Eat Wise initiative to enhance access to nutrition care.

It was a day of learning, fun and photo taking at Dignity Kitchen.

Seniors had chances to watch cooking demonstrations of Halal Ngoh Hiang and Kueh Anbon.

They learnt sign language and had hands on experience at making Rojak. They also had hearty and delicious meal at Dignity Kitchen
