💜 Caring for others starts with caring for yourself.
Being a caregiver can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding. Over time, the constant responsibility of supporting a loved one may lead to caregiver fatigue — a state of exhaustion that often goes unnoticed.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, irritable, constantly tired, or struggling to find time for yourself, know that you're not alone.
Remember:
✨ It's okay to take breaks.
✨ It's okay to ask for help.
✨ Taking care of yourself is not selfish — it's necessary.
This June, in recognition of Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month, let's also shine a light on the caregivers who quietly support their loved ones every day. Your care matters, and so does your wellbeing.
