👶 Need help with diapers for young children?

The North West CDC, together with Kimberly-Clark Asia Pacific HQ, is providing temporary diaper assistance for financially challenged households with young children.

✅ Successful applicants will receive 6 packs of diapers delivered to their home.

📅 Application period: 6 – 26 April 2026
🚚 Delivery will be arranged after approval (office hours).

Who can apply?
• Singapore Citizen / PR household (with at least one Singaporean member)
• Monthly household income ≤ $3,500 OR per capita income ≤ $1,000
• Living in the North West District
• Child aged 4 years and below (born after 1 Jan 2022)
