A little refresh for our Green Care Corner 🌿

The decorative sign was created by our clients, adding a personal touch to this special space. Bringing nature into our activities encourages seniors to take part in caring for plants and enjoy a closer connection with the natural world.

Today, they planted seeds for kangkong and added a few indoor plants to the corner. This simple green space offers meaningful sensory support while creating a calm and pleasant environment for everyone to enjoy.

What makes our team special is not just the care they provide, but the way they support one another. There’s plenty of teamwork, encouragement, and laughter behind the scenes, and that spirit naturally carries through to the club floor.

The 2nd session of the “Strengthening and Fall Prevention Exercise Program for Seniors” organized by Republic Polytechnic and Biologic Technik Pte Ltd was filled with focus, movement, and positive energy throughout the room.

From seated exercises to standing movements, everyone followed along with such great spirit and enthusiasm. It’s always wonderful to see seniors staying active, building confidence, and supporting one another in every session.

Keeping active, building strength, and moving with confidence 💪✨

A lovely session from the “Strengthening & Fall Prevention Exercise Program for Seniors” we had last Saturday at Hovi Club Ulu Pandan, in collaboration with Republic Polytechnic and Biologic Technik Pte Ltd.

Through guided movements and gentle exercises, our seniors enjoyed an engaging session focused on balance, mobility, and staying active in a fun and supportive environment.
