Anxiety can fog up your child’s mind and feelings, but you can help them to find clarity and calm. ☺️

Guide them to take deep breaths, talk about their worries, and share your own ways of coping with anxious moments. If your child’s anxiety continues for at least 6 months, do consider reaching out for professional support.

HPB's Design Guide for mental well-being programmes is here, and it's set to make a difference.

Developed as a national standard, it helps ensure that mental well-being programmes are evidence-informed, practical, and grounded in real life. Many community service providers, polytechnics, and universities have already pledged to adopt it, so more Singaporeans can access programmes that are purposeful and built to truly help.

If you're a programme provider, join us in shaping a more mentally resilient Singapore.
