To ensure a smooth and efficient experience on the day, please complete this registration form and prepare the relevant documents and information before your visit. Having these details ready will allow our experts to assist you more effectively and save you time during your session.
The following services will be available at the completion booths:
* CPF Nomination (Free) — decide who receives your CPF savings automatically upon your demise;
* Insurance Nomination (Free) — decide who receives your insurance payout upon your demise;
* Islamic Legacy Planning Consultation (Free) — a 10-minute 1-to-1 session to start your Islamic legacy planning journey;
* Advance Care Planning (myACP) (Free) — document your care preferences for your loved ones.
* Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certification is also available at a discounted fee of $30, payable via PayNow to the certifier, exclusively for this event.
