*Terms & Conditions

1. Each Session consists of 30min swim time.
2. Does not include bath & blow dry services.
3. Owners can choose to add-on bath and other grooming services, or bring their own towel to dry their dog after the swim.
4. Owners are strongly encouraged to leave their dogs with our staff and come back after the swim session. This is to avoid distractions during your dog’s swim session.
5. Any packages purchased must be utilised within 30 days.
6. A deposit is required to secure swimming slots.
