FRCS Active Ageing Centre Foundation of Rotary Clubs Singapore Active Aging Centre is a community for adults aged 60 years and above.

We provide fitness programmes, social gatherings, and cognitively stimulating activities, to enhance overall quality of life for senior citizens.

FRCS Active Ageing Centre collaborated with Rotary Club of Singapore and Rotaractors Club of Bukit Gombak to a successful “Healthy Kidneys, Healthy Living” wellness screening & talk for the senior citizens of Goodview Gardens last Saturday.

The elderly found the information about processed foods helpful, and learned more about the function of their kidneys. Blood and urine samples were taken and results provided on the spot.

FRCS Active Ageing Centre collaborated Rotary Club of Singapore and Rotaractors Club of Bukit Gombak towards a successful “Healthy Kidneys, Healthy Living” wellness screening & talk for Goodview Gardens senior citizens last Saturday!
The elderly found the informative talk encouraging and the kidney health screening helpful towards maintenance of health.

The FRCS AAC Men’s Group gathering K3 (Karipap, Kopi & Karoake) on March 7 was a fun filled Saturday where all karaoked to their favourite songs, and lunched to a scrumptious buffet spread generously gifted by RC Singapore North’s Don Tong. Thanks to William Da Silva, this was a joint project by Rotary Club of Singapore North and Rotary Club of Marina City.

All men are welcomed to join us on our next hike on Monday June 15th through Jurong Lake.

We were thrilled to be invited to Singapore Symphony Orchestra’s concert, Hans Graf’s Farewell Series, on May 7 at the Esplanade Concert Hall.

We witnessed Spanish violinist Leticia Moreno bring to life technically complex pieces, and fantastic conductor, Hans Graf, who has gifted Singapore with numerous world class performances.

Thank you, Singapore Symphony Orchestra for this musical treat of Polish and Russian composers!

Our second Mother’s Day event held on May 13th, featured a workshop where our members learnt how to make brooches by paper quilling strips of paper into individual shapes to form floral brooches.

The workshop was lead by the Ladies Hiking Group - who enjoy hobbies in common like nature hikes, and handicrafts.
