أشرف السّيد محمّد علي النّفطي، وزير الشّؤون الخارجيّة والهجرة والتّونسيّين بالخارج، ظهر اليوم الخميس 23 أفريل 2026 بمقرّ الوزارة، على جلسة عمل مع سفراء دول شمال أوروبا المعتمدين بتونس وهم على التّوالي السّيد Teemu Sepponen، سفير فنلندا، والسّيدة Cecilia Wramsten، سفيرة السّويد، والسّيدة Fenja Yamaguchi-Fasting، سفيرة الدّنمارك، والسّيدة Thérèse Løken Gheziel، سفيرة النّرويج بتونس مع الإقامة بالجزائر.
وقد تمّ خلال هذا اللّقاء استعراض واقع وآفاق العلاقات بين تونس ودول شمال أوروبا سواء على المستوى الثّنائي أو مع هذه البلدان كمجموعة، حيث أكّد الوزير على الأهمّية التي توليها بلادنا، ضمن استراتيجيّتها الرّامية لتنويع شركائها الاقتصاديّين داخل القارّة الأوروبيّة، لمزيد الانفتاح على دول المنطقة التي تتمتّع بموقع الرّيادة في عدّة ميادين ذات أولويّة بالنّسبة لتونس ومن بينها التّنمية المستدامة والاقتصاد الأخضر والتّكنولوجيّات الحديثة والحوكمة والصّحّة والتّعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والتّكوين المهني.
وشدّد الوزير في هذا الصّدد على أهمّية متابعة مُخرجات الجولة التي قام بها في المنطقة خلال شهري أفريل وجوان 2025 ومحادثاته البنّاءة مع سامي مسؤولي هذه الدّول وما أبرزته مختلف التّحرّكات من وجود فرص كبيرة للتّكامل يتعيّن استغلالها على الوجه الأمثل للارتقاء إلى مرحلة جديدة من التّعاون المثمر.
وفي تطرّقه للاستحقاقات القادمة، جدّد الوزير دعوته لنظرائه في دول شمال أوروبا لزيارة تونس بهدف مواصلة المشاورات وصياغة تصوّرات عمليّة تُترجم الفرص المتوفّرة إلى برامج فعليّة، مؤكّدا في السّياق ذاته أهمّية الإعداد الجيّد للدّورة الثّالثة لمنتدى الأعمال المستدامة بين تونس ودول شمال أوروبا، المزمع تنظيمها أواخر السّنة الحاليّة 2026، مع ضرورة توسيع نطاقها بما يستجيب بشكل أفضل لتطلّعات الجانبين ويُسهم في تحقيق نتائج ملموسة.
ومن جانبهم، أكّد السّفراء حرص بلدانهم على مزيد تعزيز التّعاون مع تونس وتطويره، مبرزين وجود تقارب واضح في تحديد مجالات التّعاون ذات الأولويّة للطّرفين، ممّا يسهّل عمليّة التّكامل. كما نوّهوا بما تزخر به بلادنا من طاقات وإمكانيّات تجعلها شريكا جدّيا وفاعلا على الصّعيد الثّنائي وفي مختلف فضاءات انتمائها الجغرافي عربيّا وإفريقيّا ومتوسّطيّا. وثمّن السّفراء التّقدّم الحاصل مؤخّرا في إنجاز العديد من المشاريع الهادفة في إطار تنفيذ التّوصيات التي انبثقت عن زيارة الوزير إلى دول المنطقة.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a présidé, dans l’après-midi du jeudi 23 avril 2026 au siège du Ministère, une séance de travail avec les Ambassadeurs des pays de l’Europe du Nord accrédités en Tunisie, en l’occurence M. Teemu Sepponen, Ambassadeur de Finlande, Mme. Cecilia Wramsten, Ambassadrice de Suède, Mme. Fenja Yamaguchi-Fasting, Ambassadrice du Danemark et Mme. Thérèse Løken Gheziel, Ambassadrice de Norvège en Tunisie avec résidence à Alger.
Cette rencontre a permis de passer en r***e l’état et les perspectives des relations entre la Tunisie et les pays de l’Europe du Nord, tant au niveau bilatéral qu’avec ces pays en tant que groupe. Le Ministre a souligné l’importance que la Tunisie accorde, dans le cadre de sa stratégie visant à diversifier ses partenaires économiques au sein du continent européen, à un renforcement de l’ouverture sur les pays de cette région, qui occupent une position de leadership dans plusieurs domaines prioritaires pour la Tunisie, notamment le développement durable, l’économie verte, les technologies modernes, la gouvernance, la santé, l’enseignement supérieur, la recherche scientifique et la formation professionnelle.
Le Ministre a, à cet égard, insisté sur l’importance du suivi des résultats de la tournée qu’il a effectuée dans la région durant les mois d’avril et juin 2025, ainsi que des entretiens constructifs qu’il a eus avec les hauts responsables de ces pays. Il a souligné que ces démarches ont mis en évidence l’existence d’importantes opportunités de complémentarité qu’il convient d’exploiter au mieux afin de hisser la coopération à un niveau supérieur.
Évoquant les échéances à venir, le Ministre a renouvelé son invitation à ses homologues des pays nordiques à effectuer une visite en Tunisie afin de poursuivre les consultations et d’élaborer des visions pratiques traduisant les opportunités disponibles en programmes concrets. Il a également insisté sur l’importance de bien préparer la troisième édition du Forum d’Affaires Durables entre la Tunisie et les pays nordiques, prévue vers la fin de l’année 2026, tout en soulignant la nécessité d’en élargir la portée afin de mieux répondre aux aspirations des deux parties et d’aboutir à des résultats tangibles.
De leur côté, les ambassadeurs ont réaffirmé la volonté de leurs pays de renforcer davantage la coopération avec la Tunisie et de la développer. Ils ont mis en avant une convergence claire dans l’identification des domaines de coopération prioritaires, facilitant ainsi la complémentarité. Ils ont également salué les atouts et les potentialités dont dispose la Tunisie, qui en font un partenaire sérieux et actif, tant au niveau bilatéral que dans ses différents espaces d’appartenance géographique arabe, africain et méditerranéen. Ils ont, par ailleurs, exprimé leur satisfaction quant aux progrès réalisés récemment dans la mise en œuvre de plusieurs projets dans le cadre du suivi des recommandations issues de la visite du Ministre dans la région.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, chaired a working session on Thursday afternoon, 23 April 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, with the Ambassadors of the Nordic countries accredited to Tunisia, namely Mr. Teemu Sepponen, Ambassador of Finland, Ms. Cecilia Wramsten, Ambassador of Sweden, Ms. Fenja Yamaguchi-Fasting, Ambassador of Denmark, and Ms. Thérèse Løken Gheziel, Ambassador of Norway to Tunisia, resident in Algiers.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the current state and future prospects of the relations between Tunisia and the Nordic countries, whether on a bilateral basis or with these countries as a group. The Minister emphasized the importance Tunisia attaches, within its strategy aimed at diversifying its economic partners within Europe, to further opening up to the countries of this region, which hold leading positions in several priority areas for Tunisia, including sustainable development, the green economy, modern technologies, governance, health, higher education, scientific research, and vocational training.
In this regard, the Minister stressed the importance of following up on the outcomes of the tour he conducted in the region during April and June 2025, as well as his constructive discussions with senior officials from these countries.
He highlighted that these engagements have revealed significant opportunities for complementarity that should be optimally leveraged to elevate cooperation to a new level.
Referring to upcoming meetings, the Minister renewed his invitation to his counterparts from the Nordic countries to visit Tunisia in order to continue consultations and develop practical approaches to translate available opportunities into concrete programs. He also underlined the importance of well-preparing the third edition of the Tunisia–Nordic Sustainable Business Forum, scheduled for late 2026, stressing the need to expand its scope so as to better meet the aspirations of both sides and achieve tangible results.
For their part, the Ambassadors reaffirmed their countries’ commitment to further strengthening and developing cooperation with Tunisia. They highlighted a clear convergence in identifying priority areas of cooperation, which facilitates complementarity. They also commended Tunisia’s assets and potential, which make our country a serious and active partner at both the bilateral level and within its broader Arab, African, and Mediterranean spheres. They welcomed as well the recent progress made in implementing several projects as part of the follow-up to the recommendations resulting from the Minister’s visit to the region.
