Meet Sarah Masoch our new intern!

🙋‍♀️'' Sweden has always had a special place in my heart, as I spent part of my childhood here while my mother was working in Stockholm. I then returned to Belgium, but I have always loved coming back to Sweden, especially in the summer, for its nature and the long sunny days.
🇸🇪 I'm very excited to discover how the work inside an embassy really happens through concrete, day-to-day experience.
I hope this internship will allow me to learn more about diplomacy, international relations, and the collaboration between Belgium and Sweden in a professional environment.''

🙋Last week, the ambassador travelled to Malmö together with a delegation representing the regions of Belgium.
🏢 During the visit, they met with the Mayor Carina Nilsson (Malmö stad, the President of the Regional Council, Annika Annerby Jansson (Region Skåne as well as several leading companies and institutions, including Combitech Sverige EEuropean Spallation Source ERIC Oatly and Medeon Science Park, gaining valuable insights into the region’s strengths in innovation, sustainability, and life sciences.
🥗🥙🥂The program concluded with a reception bringing together Belgians living in the Malmö region. It was a great success and a valuable opportunity to connect with our local Belgian community.
