Warm welcomes in Stockholm! 🇸🇪✨ Mr. Made Sentanajaya, Consul for Political, Information, Social and Cultural Affairs at the Indonesian Embassy in Stockholm, recently met with Erika Kurnia, a journalist from Harian Kompas. Erika has just completed her journey in the “Press Trip to Society Expo,” an initiative organized by the Embassy of Sweden in Jakarta.
In an engaging conversation, Erika shared fascinating insights and firsthand stories about the advanced sustainability technologies being implemented in the city of Skellefteå, Sweden. They also discussed how these green innovations could potentially be adapted and implemented to support Indonesia’s own sustainable development goals.

Green goals in the making! 🍃

Indonesian Ambassador H.E. Yayan Mulyana recently welcomed four talented Indonesian students to Stockholm, who successfully won the “Desa Hijau” competition organized by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Big congratulations to Ms. Annisa Alfitriah, Ms. Aisha Azzahra, Ms. Tiara Eka Saputri, and Mr. Muhammad Hizza Aryaafi Tsaqi for this incredible achievement!

During their short exchange program, these bright minds will dive deep into sustainability and eco-village research through a series of academic activities in Stockholm.
The main objective of this initiative is to study Sweden’s advanced eco-village models firsthand. The ultimate hope is that the insights and knowledge they gather can be successfully implemented back in Indonesia, with a special focus on developing green, sustainable communities in Surabaya.
